We had a horrible experience since we bought our house less than 6 months ago. The house had suffered a major FIRE about 2 years ago. We were not told this. We’ve also found a bunch of issues. The furnace didn’t work and needed multiple repairs. The A/C didn’t work and needed a full recharge. The basement toilet didn’t work and needed a new pump. The FINISHED basement also was found to be moldy and leaking behind the drywall which had to come down. The oil tank is leaking was found to be severely rusted and was painted over with BLACK PAINT. The total for everything is going to cost us over $40,000 to repair which we don’t have. This has truly been a nightmare and a heartbreaking experience. Our realtor was Steve. I do not recommend using this office. They won’t care what happens to you.

Stacey is the best. My husband and I have been looking for a home for years before we met Stacey. She was able to help us with our home search and she was able to find us a home with everything we were looking for. She was able to get us into our house fast and we were able to do it at asking price! Stacey I recommend you to everyone! Stacey you are truly a God sent person!

Absolute criminals!!! Was told Saturday we had a house offer accepted. Inspections scheduled just waiting on the contracts at the last minute accepted another offer, but that wasn't his "intention" his name was Anthony. I can understand if you have competing offers , but we were told it was ours offer accepted you dont do that to good hard working people my wife is still crying. Karma is a serious thing and I cant wait until it comes your way you are the definition of scumbags.

Used my house for bait to up sell other houses in my neighborhood! No offers ever presented! Contract expired! Learned of the baiting from a buyer that came to an open house of mine!
