I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time. My return trip could have been avoided if the initial employee would have done what the second employee took the time to do. I would also mention that the ring on the collar of the shirt I had dry cleaned was gone and they did a fantastic job on it without my mention of same. They also returned a couple of bills and some change I inadvertently left in a pair of suit pants. Kudos to Model Cleaners.Services: Eco-friendly cleaning

My daughter's uniform smelled so bad and Model cleaners did such a great job, not only making the smell go away but had it back to us in a few days.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

This dry cleaner writes with marker on the tags of your clothing. I have never experienced anything like this before. All of the clothes that I took here now have my last name written on pen on all of the tags. WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS!??! They are literally damaging my clothes. This is absolutely insane. If you went here, check your tags. If you are thinking of going here, don't. They clearly don't know what they're doing.

I dropped off 2 pairs of scrub pants to be altered a couple of weeks ago. I was new to the area and Model Cleaners. The lady that helped me the day I dropped them off was very helpful and friendly. She informed me that my pants would take about a week and that I would receive a phone call from someone once they were done. Three weeks went by until I called in to check on them. The lady that answered the phone (who was different from the first one that helped me) was very rude. She asked me two different times if I made sure I called the right store before even looking me up in their computer system. She then proceeded to tell me that they don't call people to let them know when alterations are done. When I told her that was not what I was made aware of her only response was that my stuff was done, told me I had until 7pm to pick it up then hung up on me.
