Very prompt with delivery and if they're out of something, they call and offer a replacement or they take it off the total of the order. Great store.

AMAZING staff and such a great selection of EVERYTHING! Hannah (especially) was so patient with my 4 month old GSD while he was getting his claws clipped. The staff TRULY loves animals and it shows. We absolutely love coming here and can’t wait to come back for our next appointment!

Great selection of some high quality kibble and fresh foods. Oddly, it's the closest place to Pittsburgh that carries one of our favorite products. I found everything I needed and the staff was very helpful!

This is a great pet store with lots of products. The products can be pricey, but there are occasionally sales. The grooming was pretty reasonable cost-wise for a large dog (about $50-60 for a bath), but my dog came back damp and without a bandana (something most groomers provide free of charge). This was also with a discount. I plan on continuing to try their grooming services. Maybe being damp was a fluke and they were busy.

I used the VIP Petcare at the store today to get my cat up to date on vaccines and have a check-up. It was a fantastic experience. There were 3 people on staff. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I got there, there were 2 others in front of me but the wait wasn't long. It was such an easy process and I'm pretty sure it was cheaper than my vet. I also did some shopping for supplies and all of the employees were super friendly too.

I placed an online order and forgot to enter my promo code. I went to the Bethel Park store to pick up my order and the manager couldn't have been more kind or helpful in making sure I got my 20% discount. He canceled my original order and honored the promo code when re-ringing my order. I will never forget the kindness and helpfulness of the manager and staff there. This store has unrivaled customer service!

Love this store.Everyone is friendly and helpful. The employees make the pets feel welcome as well as the pet parents.The V.I. P. pet wellness center is excellent. They have the new pure vax for cats for the rabies vaccine. The vets there are amazing with your pet. There is also a place where you can donate pet food etc...

I've been shopping there for awhile since I've always had dogs! The store carries the food and the chew sticks that I provide for my fur baby and sometimes I even get her a fun toy so we can play! Their prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly!
