This has got to be one of the worst branches in the world we have gone 3 times and all three times they said they needed a manager and we asked when a manager would be there and they gave us the wrong time. Every time we have gone there is always a huge line and most of the time they can’t even help you.

I have always received excellent service at this particular branch of Citizens Bank. My daughter opened a new checking account there while she was visiting from overseas recently; the manager who assisted her was very kind, courteous and professional.
