I would not recommend, bough a vehicle with 5700 miles yes 5,700 mile and I already have to waste another 3 hrs on top of the previous 3 hrs to get it fixed. lights going off every time I hit the brakes. they new about it. they wanted the warranty money fix is why they didn't fix it until I owned it and I live 2 hours away. I will be going to deal with this head ache.

Not only do they not detail the used inventory, they are not at all the friendly sales staff they claim to be. Shop elsewhere

The vehicle purchase could not have went better. Service on the other hand has been nothing short of ridiculous. The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus has been serviced 3 times over the last 12 months, each being a debacle. After the last service experience there would be no justification for ever conducting another transaction with Ken Pollock Lincoln. There's no need to summarize the circus like event that took place but for us it defined the dealership as a whole. This entire experience has been an eye opener, the purchase is one short event, service however is a relationship for the life of ownership. For the sake of the Salesman we worked with lets hope the dealership address their service dilemma.

Don't ever go here. I'm a single mother and sent my 18 year old son to this sad excuse for a place, based on its convenience and it's reviews. He was completely taken advantage of, I'll be contacting the state.

My experience so far has been the best for the purchasing of a vehicle and I have brought many over the years. Murat, Jessie and Bill have gone out of the way to make this a very pleasurable experience. All the employees at Ken Pollack treat you like family and assist each other helping you in this major decision. KUDOS GUYS!

Paid for a car so they had the sale before end of quarter with the promises that they would have the small things fixed and ready. It's been two weeks and I am still waiting. All I get is excuses and apologies!!! Ridiculous!!!

Don't waste your time here. I stopped to look at a used 18 f250 diesel crew with 28k. Listed on autotrader for 39,999. Told sales guy didn't want to spend all day and asked for a prompt trade appraisal. He did get the sales manager to appraise my trade in a timely manor. Then we get to the numbers. As like in any dealership, we start at the "let's hope he's crazy" number. Eventually we get to real numbers. I agree to then go look at the truck. Absolutely disgusting! The interior of the vehicle was unbelievably filthy. This truck was sitting directly in front of their showroom when I arrived. The salesman said " don't worry, it will be cleaned before you take it. We don't clean trades till they're sold". I proceeded to leave. On my way home, the sales manager calls me to apologize for the condition of the vehicle. He claims it was loaned to a customer who was in for service. No way someone did that kind of damage to a loaner in 1 day. Tonight I happen to see the truck still in auto trader. Price has gone up to $40,499. Apparently detailing a disgusting trade costs $500. I shared this visit with several friends over the weekend and they had very similar stories about the same dealership. I will be staying clear of this place. I was sharing my visit to friends while leaning on my new 2019 Ram Larimie Longhorn diesel. .

Since this is my local ford dealer, and I typically purchase ford vehicles I usually stop here whenever I'm looking for a new car. I've attempted to purchase a vehicle from them 3 times in the last 10 years. I've never had a pleasant experience here. The sales staff always treats me like I'm wasting their time, and their prices are not competitive with other local Ford dealers. So.. the last 3 new Fords I purchased, they were given the first opportunity to sell it to me. Needless to say, it didn't come from them. Additionally... the service department here isn't very good either. One of the new Ford vehicles that they didn't sell to me ended up needing service. Since they were closest I took the car there. I had an issue with the power steering. I made an appointment and dropped it off on a Sunday night. By Wednesday they still weren't able to reproduce the problem. So I re-arrange my work schedule to go down there during their business hours to one of the service tech's for a ride. It only took a few minutes for me to re-produce the issue several times. The tech acknowledged the problem and said he would look into it. Apparently Ford didn't have any technical bulletins published for this kind of problem yet so they didn't know how to fix it. A few days later the service manager calls me and asks me since it is winter and they don't want to keep my mustang outside if I could pick up the vehicle and keep it at my house until Ford gives them some ideas about how to fix the car. I ended up picking up the car and taking it to the Ford dealer just down the road from there. When I told the service manager what had happened he couldn't believe the words that were coming out of my mouth... They were able to fix the car without a problem. Ken Pollock Ford.... What a joke! To anyone reading this, I know it's a bit of a drive from Berwick, but Sunbury Motors is where my last two Fords came from. I have nothing bad to say about pricing, or service I've received from them. SMC sold my new F150 to me for almost $3k less than the "best" price Ken Pollock could sell the EXACT (color, trim level, options) same truck to me for.

My husband and I purchased a 2016 Lincoln Navigator from Ken Pollock Ford Lincoln and had a great experience. The entire staff was fun and engaging. They made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable. I will buy my next car from Ken Pollock Ford Lincoln.

I think that this company uses advertised price postings as click-bait. Either that, or their customer service is just horrible. I sent an email through the cars.com website and received an email from Ken Pollock's that said that the price listed on cars.com was good for 2 days. The email asked when I could come in for a credit check. I asked if we could do the check by phone or on-line, since I live 30 minutes away. Since I had recently bought a house, which lowers your credit rating, I wanted to make sure that I qualified before I drove all the way there. The response was: "Let me talk to my manager and see what he says. I will get back in touch with you later today. Thanks, Steven Abbatiello" 48 hours later -- no response from Ken Pollock's and the "great price deal" has expired. Do what I did -- Go to Hazleton Auto Mall and buy from them instead. They have REAL deals and great customer service, unlike the click-bait ads and false promises of "we'll get back to you" at Ken Pollock. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Don't take your car there to get fixed if you don't have a warranty because they pay their mechanics commission and their mechanics will fix things on your car that don't need to be fixed. They quoted us one price to fix our car and when we went to pay for it it was 300.00 more than they quoted and some things they said they'd fix they didn't. I will never take another car there to get fixed.I'll go to Independence Ford from now on.
