Prepare to wait an hour just to get to the guard shack.
It's been an average time of 9 minutes per truck checking in at the guard.
So far over an hour to get checked in.
This is unacceptable by industry standards.

Despite what everyone else has said about checking in early, they are making me wait until my appointment time smh. The appointment is for 3 pm, and I showed up at 11:30 am. trying to be proactive, but now I have to wait until 2:30pm. before they will allow me to check in. There's goes my 3 hrs of on duty time. Hopefully, the unload is fast and efficient. Will update once I'm done here.

Guard shack was cool no power in warehouse due to bad weather went through, nobody is unloading. They are asking to reschedule appointment or drop your trailer.
I dropped my trailer there. Hopefully, they’ll unload me soon as possible

Arrived seven hours ahead of time. It was evening. A nice girl from security was helpful, called the office and they unloaded me in about thirty minutes. Yes... This is not a refrigerator for you, guys ???

Fast unload, clean yard. Star lost for long checkin, poor communication, and making live unloads disconnect.
I realize no decision makers read these, but I'll say it anyway: preventing accidents from trucks pulling out with a forklift inside is YOUR responsibility, not ours. If your red/green lights aren't working or aren't sufficient, Invest in glad hand locks, better wheel chocks or lock bars, and communicate with the driver. Stop sending the message that safety isn't worth money.
And if there's 3 people in the receiving office, but only 1 guard, why is the guard responsible for door assignments? They should either only be responsible for logging who comes and goes, or they do everything and have more people to do it. Very inefficient the way you do it.

I was selected to go to an interview had a pleasant interview with the first guy his name was nick and i was told to come back for a tour the very next day, so I did. Me and the initial interviewer had a very nice and pleasant conversation. The next day I spoke to a woman named Yolanda( the same woman to invite me to my initial interview and was not present that day) who from the very start had such a poor attitude when I gave her my information, asked me for my name 3 different times on the span of 5 minutes. They didn't even have me on the list for the tour I was told to come to just the day before. she was extremely rude told me to wait while she looked for my application and didnt come back for quite some time, so i asked someone else to explain to me whats going on. Yolanda then came back to the front desk looked me square in my face and said " can i help you?" as if she didnt just ask me for my name 3 times 20 minutes before and knew i was there for a tour that their employees told me to come to less than 24 hours beforeI highly highly recommend anyone looking into this place to look elsewhere it's not worth it and the higher ups don't care either . There's better opportunities out there than this crapshoot. If anyone is looking at this place for work, dont. Instead of owning up to their own mistakes, and clearly losing my application, they made me out to be the problem and nobody seemed to even know the person who interviewed me initially. complete and utter trainwreck of a facility.

I can tell upper management doesn’t care. The guards were all cool except this heavy set woman… as previous reviews stated just rude and condescending for no reason. After driving all day last thing you want is somebody trying to be a comedian at your expense..None of the tractors have roller racks on the back.. so at the small gate there’s a cluster hell of trucks stopping to drop their rollers while your trying to leave blocking the way.. equipment just thrown everywhere and hard to keep track. The guards are doing the best but management needs another system for the drivers and transferring equipment from one trailer to be next.
