I was camping at Rickets Glen S.P. and I woke up the morning I was leaving to find a screw in my tire. After discovering that I didn't have a tire-iron or jack in my car, I quickly began looking for the next best option. I discovered Steve Shannon Tire in Benton about 15 miles away. I had enough air to drive there, and I explained my situation to Lawrence and Dan behind the desk. They got me in quickly, repaired my tire, and they sent me on my way. The technician, Todd, did a fantastic job and I was able to safely drive back to my home over two hours away. I was extremely impressed with the service and treatment that I received. Through chit-chat while waiting, I discovered that a long-time tire shop in my hometown was recently purchased by Shannon and is now a Shannon Tire center. I look forward to getting more great service in the future. Thanks so much, guys. You were all great to deal with.
