I lost my receipt with their names on it, but i believe her name was ruby and i believe the guys name was max, they were truly so sweet and helpful. You got a vibe that they wanted to be there and it was so nice meeting them!! They deserve to be recognized for being amazing employees!! ?

We were followed around the store the entire time we did our shopping. When my 3 year old asked the woman why she was following us around this grown woman asked my 3 year old if he had a guilty conscience. To which I replied no he's just very observant. This is not the type of treatment anyone deserves especially when spending almost $300 at a place. We will not be coming back.

The absolute worst Sephora I have ever been to by a mile. We have stopped into this place multiple times in the past couple of months and it is unlike any other Sephora in that it is filthy, the staff is disinterested and the inventory is poorly run. Staff stands around while makeup is in disarray, and half ripped open. The woman who appears to be a manager has a rude attitude when asked for something so much so my daughter was afraid to approach her. Willow Grove is worth the drive for us with a superior quality atmosphere, cleans and organized floor and caring staff. Not patronizing this place again.

Rae-Lynn and the rest of the women (That I've met) at her location in Bensalem are all adorable and helpful. I am a satisfied and regular shopper there and this location is pleasant and clean. Thank you all ladies always fun laughing with all of you. I will be there tomorrow again for contour and eyeshadow palettes

Upon arrival we were greeted by an associate that (I didn't get her name) was so knowledgeable and came to our rescue. It was great and saved us time & aggregation. Definitely will go back.

Shopped there for my wife's Christmas gifts, Georgio perfumes and facial products, the young ladies were on point with everything, helped me with the selection of the products, my wife was very pleased!I shop at Kohls frequently so I will absolutely be purchasing more for my wife from Sephora inside of Kohl's , Sephora also has a nice selection of hi end men's cologne also

Went to kohl’s to catch the sales. Got to the kitchen appliances and on sale was a ninja oven air fryer for $109.99. A guy comes to me and says it’s just one left on the back shelf and he was talk to a lady that works in kitchen ware because when he got to the register it came up at $209.99 before tax. The lady told him it’s $209.99 and the guy said no look at the sign it says $109.99. Now if I saw the price she saw the price and four other people saw the price of $109.99. They have digital displays set up in each department and I saw the $109.99. They wouldn’t give it to me for that price and their mistake. The gentleman at the register asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager and I said no what’s the use the lady lied and then when I went back that department again the digital sign was gone and another sign put up with no price. Tell me if it’s the store fault and you catch a good price do you buy or say no? Kohl’s can’t believe your customer service.
