  We have had a great experience at Bensalem KinderCare. My kids are happy and excited to go to daycare in the morning and reluctant to leave in the evening, so they’re clearly doing things right! The teachers communicate well via the app and the director supports her staff and all of the kids.

  I am not one to write bad reviews but I need to bring awareness to this situation. This daycare was great with my son for months until he was switched to a new teacher for his fall season. My son loved this daycare and every teacher that was there, so it was devastating when he was no longer able to come back, due to them filling up his space. They said this one day later due to me pulling him out for the day because I was informed my child was “mistreated in a minor way”. To be exact she pulled my son hair to lift him up out the dirt, which should NEVER be done. It was all caught on camera by another teacher. Actions were taken properly by the center, state and police but since the situation was “minor” meaning my son had no visible harm or was not physically hurt, she was given an okay to remain at the center and was even sent back without my knowledge as my sons teacher. I felt forced to remove my son’s because the center couldn’t help me after the situation which is unfair in my position. They were more worried about the teachers safety instead of the child’s safety. My son looked forward to coming here everyday and was kicked out because of someone else’s actions. I just feel like as a parent other parents should be informed about this situation.

  My son has been with KinderCare since 11 mos. He just turned 4 and I love this school. They teach the children different subjects, letters, numbers, colors etc. I love that it is not just a daycare, it is a school. The directors come and go, but I'll tell you Miss Darlene has to be the most interactive assistant director that I've ever had. She never seems to have a bad day. She genuinely seems to love her job. My son is always happy to see her. She is so full of life.

  We've been very lucky. All the teachers we have met are awesome. Our child has been attending this center since he was 4-month old. In the past two years, we've noticed he has grown and learned so much. We never forgot how excited the teachers were when they shared us with some moments that they witnessed, his first rollover, scooting, crawling. They encouraged him to make his first step, to talk, to interact with other kids, and engage in group activities. We are so grateful to have such dedicated teachers for our son and see all the positive influence that they impart to him.

  This center has been so amazing through the whole transition of sending our son to daycare! He loves all the teaches and friends he’s met here and they have been so wonderful every step of the way! Ms Kelly and Ms Darlene are both so amazing! Miss Geraldine has been so amazing as his teacher! She is so interactive and enthusiastic!

  My almost 3 year old daughter has been attending two years and she has learned so much since going here. She can sing full abc song count to ten and much more. I am grateful for everything that They helped her become independent little girl. Because of the COVID-19 I don’t know her teachers that well because we are not allowed to go inside the building but she is going in and out with smile. I love her 2 teachers from toddlers they’ve been great and she really liked them

  Hi I worked at the Bensalem KinderCare for three years. Everything was fine up until COVID started. The classrooms are not being cleaned as much as they should be. We were told we didn't have to shut down even though three people within the center tested positive. The wellness questions that were supposed to be asked everyday for months have not been. We were supposed to be wearing face shields for two months and were only given them on Monday. They are not following proper protocols. Also the new staff coming in has not been properly changed or watched any of the training videos they should be so they're just getting thrown into rooms where the company hopes for the best. The staff is amazing depending on what room your child is in but the corporation itself does not care about the people coming in or the employees. Below I am attaching a picture of everything that my boss said to me about COVID-19 related procedures. If you want to make sure your child is not sick I would not recommend sending them to this daycare

  KinderCare Bensalem has been great to my son. The center Director Megan is so caring and accommodating along with down to earth! The staff are good and take care of the kids well. I’m very grateful that they offered to help with the virtual teaching this school year as well! I recommend KinderCare for your child :)

  I just had an appointment at the Bensalem Kindercare to visit the place as I am looking for a daycare for my daughter. I couldn’t be more disappointed by what I saw there. As someone else was saying in a review, the place has nothing to do with the pictures you see online; everything is grey and dull, sad looking place. The kids didn’t seem happy either and not really engaging into anything. The place looked dirty and it had a funny smell of uncleanliness. I would’ve Understood to find toys all over the place or something like that but there were hardly any toys to see, and those floors and carpets looked as the ones in a mall, at the end of a busy day (my appointment was at 10am). Also as I enter the center room I find 3 full trash bags in the middle of the room and that didn’t seem to bother anyone.When I entered the toddlers room, the first room on the left, I was shocked to find all kids with dirty noses, buggers down to their mouths and no one was bothered to clean their noses until I made a remark and said that they needed their noses to be cleaned. This is when one of the caregivers got up and cleaned the nose of one of the little girls but didn’t do anything about the other 5 kids. I would hope that when you work in a children facility to know how important is health wise for toddlers to have a clean nose in order to avoid ear drum ruptures, sinus infections, colds that drag for months...not to mention the fact that babies and toddlers are nose breathers and it’s unnatural for them to breath through the mouth...Also none of the teachers seemed happy to be there at all. I heard one of the caregivers sing a song while I was there but it didn’t get the kids attention at all as she was singing way to quietly and with absolutely no intonation at all.I asked if they were using the TV at all during the day and I was told no that it was meant to be only used at home, only to walk into a different classroom and find all the kids gathered around such a small laptop trying to watch a cartoon. I don’t mind if they let the kids at some point of the day watch a cartoon but don’t hide it like that. Also putting 10 kids in front of a small laptop is really bad for their eyes. They can barely see anything and just struggle to get a glimpse of something. Get them a real screen meant for 10 people to watch.I wouldn’t send my daughter in this facility no matter what.

  I Highly Recommend Bensalem KinderCareI would not want my child going anywhere else, the staff here is great, Jamie who runs the daycare is especially awesome, just a real sweet and genuine person, she has helped us out so much, really thought we were on the verge of losing this daycare, it would have broken my heart for our Kaleonah, she loves it here and they love her, Jamie has really been our angel, cannot say enough good things about her

  Highly recommend KinderCare Bensalem. The staff is caring, supportive, and flexible. Jamie, the center director, is so helpful and accommodating. Jamie and the teachers are simply wonderful. A special mention for Nora in the infant room, it was Nora that invited me to choose KinderCare five years ago. Im so glad I did. I’m very sad to leave them when we move away!

  My son has been at Kindercare Bensalem since he was 3 months old. He just turned 3 years old. I am amazed at what he learns everyday. I love the fact that while I'm at work I know he is having fun, learning and eating well. I love all the staff and the director Jamie always greets me with a smile. I would highly recommend this center.

  This kindercare is an incubator for disease! My poor granddaughter has had illness after illness in the past 4 months since she started here! Not just a cold, serious highly contagious diseases! What baby gets streph! Please don't send your child here....all they care about is the tuition not preventing the spread of germs!

  I love this place! Jamie the director is amazing and so are all of the teachers My favorite teacher. is Ms. Megan. However they are all sweet and good at what they do. Always happy to see me and my little one. Very comfortable leaving my daughter here.
