“USP Hamilton Street is my go to store for mailing and color printing. Most recently I mailed medications to my daughter (which one can't do with USPO) and worked with Alan to get a complex knitting pattern upsized and printed. Alan is also a notary public who will come in any time the store is open to notarize something. Great service, friendly and creative help, highly recommend.”

“this is the last resort short of driving stuff into DC or wherever it is due. they do not have a direct phone line (like, why should they? /s). they are next to the airport and are in some real sense, part of the airport. I believe that they load their own plane there. folks there are pretty good, on average, adn the few times I've had to go there, they care. the folks here are 5 star. the folks at the phone tree and who set it up, -1 or -2 stars.”

The second time the store manager Evan was there and he went above and beyond to help me. I should have known with a name like his that I was in good hands. He solved all my issues and made sure I was taken care of.”

“Nice place and more convenient for students. However, My fiancé and I live on campus but I am not a student. I ordered something and it was supposed to be delivered today. Since it is spring break, they won’t deliver my package until Monday. I even tried to go to the regular post office to see if I can get the package early. It wouldn’t be a big deal except that I’m leaving tomorrow for a business trip for three weeks. I won’t get my package until almost a month after it should have been delivered. I’m not upset at the post office per say (hence the 4 stars) but I’m frustrated that they couldn’t have come up with a better system for those who stay on campus during spring break.”
“I came in here initially to send a few pieces of mail- one needed to be certified.
Alice was super helpful, answered my questions and took care of everything very efficiently.
A few hours passed and I realized I had forgotten something important in my mail. I called them and Ed immediately helped me and said he would look for my mail which thankfully had not left yet.
When I got there Ed greeted me and led me to the back where I saw 4 people (one of those people being Alice) looking for my one piece of mail. I felt really bad to have them do it but I was super thankful. They got almost to the bottom of a huge bin and found it.
I’ve never experienced this level of service and I cannot say enough good things about this location and their employees!”

“This post office is one of the better ones in the area, thank you. Just an FYI, they lock the building. You can't drop mail off for the next day or check po boxes.”
