“yes, it's the post office. yes, that sometimes means you have to wait in line, because there is usually only one employee working. but, those employees are friendly and will answer all your questions patiently. I'm so glad to have this post office near my home so I don't have to go downtown!”
“I came in here initially to send a few pieces of mail- one needed to be certified.
Alice was super helpful, answered my questions and took care of everything very efficiently.
A few hours passed and I realized I had forgotten something important in my mail. I called them and Ed immediately helped me and said he would look for my mail which thankfully had not left yet.
When I got there Ed greeted me and led me to the back where I saw 4 people (one of those people being Alice) looking for my one piece of mail. I felt really bad to have them do it but I was super thankful. They got almost to the bottom of a huge bin and found it.
I’ve never experienced this level of service and I cannot say enough good things about this location and their employees!”

54 McAllister St Bldg, University Park“Nice place and more convenient for students. However, My fiancé and I live on campus but I am not a student. I ordered something and it was supposed to be delivered today. Since it is spring break, they won’t deliver my package until Monday. I even tried to go to the regular post office to see if I can get the package early. It wouldn’t be a big deal except that I’m leaving tomorrow for a business trip for three weeks. I won’t get my package until almost a month after it should have been delivered. I’m not upset at the post office per say (hence the 4 stars) but I’m frustrated that they couldn’t have come up with a better system for those who stay on campus during spring break.”
“This post office is one of the better ones in the area, thank you. Just an FYI, they lock the building. You can't drop mail off for the next day or check po boxes.”
