Don't open the account with Huntington, they are thieves. My account was never supposed to be an overdraft account. I lost all the money in my account and they said my balance is in negative. FRAUD BANKERS.

I never know when I will get a day off if I get one and I needed to open a checking account for my daughter, I didn't realize you needed an appointment but was told so when I walked in and they would see if there was anyone available to help me. That is not what pissed me off!! As Im sitting there another lady as loud as can be said there was no appointments available today I felt like an ass you could have just told me to make an appointment as I got up I got nothing but really dirty looks! I miss my old bank I get that you had to cut corners but dam your staff is not friendly at all. any other bank begs for accounts went to citizens and they received us with no issues.

was honestly one of the worst experiences dealing with a bank I have ever had. we applied for a 50,000 dollar mortgage and had 15,000 to put down and 750 credit score and they put us through so much stress for 2 months only to deny us for a negative mark on credit report from 14 years ago for a 1,000 dollars that we have zero idea on what it was. they on multiple occasions said the loan was good only to turn around and ask for more money. this is a very unprofessional place and would never recommend anyone to use this bank.

The machine outside ate my card, they couldn’t give the card back to me, they lied and said they could give me a new one with the same numbers on it, I called customer service a few days later and they said the card has been shut down and they have to send me another one and I got charged $25 for a card I can’t even use and have been without one for almost 2 weeks

huntington made several bank errors that led to me being assessed several hundred dollars worth of fees. after 7 calls to customer service and visits to the branch the issue was not resolved. on my last visit i was polite but told them i would not leave until they had a plan to resolve things. they said give us a minute and hid in their office and called the police. long story short - huntington will call the cops on you before theyll resolve your issue and joey, one of their managers, will grin like he accomplished something as they force you to leave. there are many, many better options than banking with these guys
