Although the family was nice and got me in the truck I wanted. After 24 miles, it needs a complete tuneup which cost $917.22. Thanks for the POS truck Family Motors.
Update: First, why would you sell a car that needs a complete tuneup? This should have been done before it was put up for sale. The increase for the trade, $450 was to offset the cost of the exhaust leak that I was informed was the only issue and I still need to get fixed. This is going going to cost more like $800. The gave me an extra $500 not for future repairs but to try to assist with financing. Now, after the tune up was completed, I still cannot drive the truck as they now say I need a new engine. I am now told that the warranty, which I purchased the additional coverage for, will not cover the engine due the fact that the catalytic converter is bad and cause the engine to go bad. So according to them the vehicle was not maintained and voided the warranty. Since I only had the vehicle 4 hours and drove it 24 miles, this is not something I would have control over. They intentionally sold me a vehicle that I cannot drive. If you are going to now say it is sold as is, you are selling vehicles you know are no good. Repairs to my truck are exceeding $8000. I bought this vehicle for $13,000 for a 2011 GMC Sierra and it will be months before I can afford to have the repairs completed.

Initially things were great. We thought we got a great little car for my daughter from the same place that I got my first car.
We couldn't be more wrong!!!! The car didn't have an inspection but they told us it just needs a bracket to pass. I look up the price of the piece and estimate installation fees and figure it'll work out. I bring the car home and get it to a mechanic asap. It has SIGNIFICANTLY more work needed. The cost is how much we got the car for!!
My husband and I took a trip there to see if we could talk it over and work something out. We barely walked in the door before they started yelling and saying they did nothing wrong (funny they admit something before we even open our mouths). They were yelling to get out and we just wanted to talk about something that could be done, mistakes happen, but no, they just wanted to yell and say to get out, etc.
WORST business experience I have had in my entire life. BE WARNED, they are sneaky, and you'll wind up with a piece of junk!!

Nice enough people but, bought a jeep from them around 6 months ago, so far had to replace both front wheel speed sensors, , At my first oil change my mechanic told me I need a couple seals in the diff ,and the drive shaft and front struts needed to be replaced, unfortunately after the warranty was no longer valid due to miles driven. Saying the sun roof leaks in an understatement, more like it rains inside. The exhaust they said they had just had replaced randomly violently shakes and now thanks to a misfiring cylinder I discovered that one of the cylinder heads threads was completely stripped out and the spark plug was held in place with JB weld. so I'm looking at at least a fifteen hundred dollar repair if I choose to do it and everything goes right. Would not do business with them again, since although it was a "cheaper" car, I don't believe this amount of major issues in less then a year could be justified.
