“Medical staff here are very helpful and friendly. They find time to answer your questions and explain. They do get busy so getting an appointment is most recommended.”
“Quest appreciates what an appointment means and I appreciate them for it. They do take walk ins but if there is someone in the waiting room who has made an appointment for a specific time they will take them and then go back to the walk ins.”
“I have never had any issue with the doctors or staff. But what could use improving is their walk in emergency care. Needs major help. Long wait times, shortage of staff. What good is making an appointment you still wait. But even with all that my last emergency visit the doctor sent me right to the hospital. His quick thinking saved my life. For that I am grateful.”

“My local Brodheadsville location closed. Quest did all of us a disservice my leaving. I had to travel 45 minutes to Bangor location. I was so happy to walk in and see the person who took care of me in Brodheadsville. She gets the 5 stars. As for Quest you need to bring service back to Brodheadsville. For moving Quest gets a 1. Patients can't drive this far for blood work!”
