Matt and his team did an amazing job repairing my truck and adding custom bumpers and lighting. They were also able to open my rear passenger door and repair a broken door lock that a ford dealership couldn’t repair. I can’t recommend them enough for their amazing workmanship and effort.

If you actually want your vehicle fixed correctly you’ve found the right place. Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a master of his craft. His knowledge extends far beyond anything I’ve ever seen at other body shops in the past and he sets the highest standards for the work leaving his shop. Beyond just the work, Matt ( CCI) will make sure that insurance does NOT dictate how your vehicle is repaired. Matt truly went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of OEM specs and repair standards was essential for evaluating the damage to our vehicle. It was very clear throughout the process that Matt cares more about his clients satisfaction and safety than about simply making a profit. He could have easily gone with our insurance companies initial evaluation and repaired our car and had a 10,000 + payment. Instead he informed us that not only was the panel that insurance wanted replaced with a junk yard panel not able to be cut and re-welded per Mazda OEM spec but that doing so could compromise the structural integrity of the back of the vehicle. Because of this structural damage our car was deemed a total loss. We have 2 small children and the fact that Matt refused to compromise both our safety and the integrity of his shop to make a profit says it all. I can’t recommend Convenience Collision enough.

When my M Roadster was hit by a deer a few months ago, I knew from having seen the craftsmanship on a car local to me that I wanted my car to be repaired at CCI. Matthew showed up quickly the day I called, asssessed the damage, and brought the car to his shop. In a subsequent conversation, it made sense to go ahead and have the whole car painted, rather than just the front half. Thus began the process of making my M look better than when it would have rolled out of the showroom. Matthew is a gifted artisan. His team is friendly and extremely capable. While the little BMW shared space with cars worth hundreds of thousands (and even a few million!) dollars, it was shown the same level of attention to detail and finishing as any other vehicle in the shop. The paintwork is flawless. Thank you for a great experience.

I recently hit a deer with my car and when my auto insurance asked who I wanted to use I right away said convenience collision. Matt and his staff are the best at what they do. The car came back looking like it did from the show room. Many years ago Matt repainted my father’s 66 corvette and still to this day people comment on how well the paint looks. Highly recommend any car body issue you have take it to convenience collision!

After being in an accident, Matthew was there within 10 minutes to tow my vehicle. He explained all my rights to me with dealing with insurance from beginning to end. Talked to me like he knew me for years. Very friendly atmosphere and very HONEST! I highly recommend CCI.

After my new Porsche was hit in the rear, I wanted it to be fixed properly and returned to its pre-accident condition. I was referred to Convenience Collision from two separate people who both told me that there is no other place to go. They were 100% correct! From the moment I called and spoke to Matthew I knew I made the right choice. He took the reins and provided excellent customer service from the first telephone call through the delivery of my repaired vehicle. The workmanship is stellar, and the repair was completed with PERFECTION! If anyone asks me for a body shop referral, I will be telling them there is no other place to go but Convenience Collision.

I have nothing but great news to share about my experiences with Matt the and Convience Collision staff. They have continuously gone out of their way to lead the way in the restoration of a family heirloom. My truck to most would be just that an old pick up truck... good for chores.. hauling and soon ready for scrap. To me it was my Father's truck. It was the truck he let me use to move into and later out of College. The truck we used to move into my first apartment, then fist home. The truck he used to haul anything for friends and family alike. When he passed I turned to Matt to help preserve all those great memories. He did exactly what I wanted him to do without issue. I viewed that trucks restoration to be a last sign of respect to the old man. When I now ride in that truck, the memories rush in my mind. I go for rides with my Daughter, and I can feel his presence and know he thinks that is so cool. If and when my daughter gets married that Truck will be there. One day the truck will pass to her. The vehicle is a joy to drive, great fun. It looks just as it did leaving Nazareth Ford in 1987. To some it's a plain old farm truck... to me it is a priceless piece of family history! When most other shops only wanted the "insurance jobs" Matt stood up, listened to my story and embraced a big job and executed it perfectly. They understand the customer, they listen and add the value that the customer seeks. Put a price tag on that? Impossible. Thank you Matt and crew!

Matt was exceptional to collaborate with, possessing a wealth of knowledge. When my 2018 BMW was declared totaled, Matt played a pivotal role in ensuring I received fair compensation. Initially, Geico valued the car at 23k, but through Matt's diligent online research, we discovered its true value was closer to 28k. Armed with this information, Matt guided me on how to navigate Geico's initial offer. Ultimately, Geico revised their assessment to 31k, exceeding the initial estimate by nearly 8k. Matt fearlessly challenges large insurance companies and expertly guides you through the entire process. I owe a debt of gratitude to Matt and will exclusively entrust my BMWs to him in the future.

You know how respectable a place is by seeing what's in the parking lot. CCI had BMWs and Porsches. Oh, and then there were the Ferraris. And the Ur Quattro. I knew then that Matt could take care of the alignment problem with my X3. Which he did fairly, honestly, and affordably.

Received a call today from Matt. ( I was expecting bad news) He called to simply let me know parts are on order from Germany. Basically a status update. I was taken aback.
My recent experience is, vendors don’t answer when I call and don’t return messages.
Restored my faith in humanity.

Anyone that knows me, know that my car is my baby!!! In January someone backed into the side of my car! (I literally cried for a week!) I took my 2010 Camaro to convenience collision, and that is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!! All of the boys are so friendly, helpful and polite!!! Matt runs an excellent business!!! Convenience collision does everything right the FIRST time!! They are thorough! They are extremely detail oriented!! My car looks brand new!!! And now I’m crying again, but this time tears of joy!!! I am so very grateful to everyone at convenience collision!!! Top notch, 1st rate, top of the line, quality, excellence, honesty!!!! They are the BEST at what they do!! Thank u all so much!!!
