Initially,we were surprised by "Alex M's" comments, and certainly investigated his accusations. We subsequently discovered that Alex never existed, and never received any medications from Custom. The comments were actually from an individual we had been doing business with at that time. We terminated our dealings with him after he billed for work that was never done. His dishonest comments only confirmed that our feelings and decision regarding him were correct. (His doctor tested the medication that was making him ill and found that it was a placebo...Really?! What doctor does that?). We stand by our workers and our products, and feel sorry for those people that try to hurt and not help other individuals.
