Had issues with my truck, possibly the worst case for the trivial matter but was handled with the best efforts. Made sure to get it back better than it entered. Top down worked on it and did a great job. The best job I could have asked for!

This is a great independent repair shop. We got fast service for our Jeep, priced very fairly and executed professionally. I usually do most of my repair work myself, so I’m very careful when I’m on the road and need to hire someone else. I couldn’t be more pleased with our service work from Decatur’s.

My truck was at their shop for 3 months and still isn't right. While it was there it was vandalized and had the catalytic converter stolen off of it. They did replace them however now my engine management system says that my catalytic converters and my O2 sensors don't work so they didn't do it right and they won't honor it. Also the amount of their incompetency cannot be measured when it was originally there it was there for a deer collision and my transmission had run dry. I told them this and asked that they check the transmission thoroughly. However after them checking it thoroughly as they say. My truck drove to my house and then had to be towed out because of transmission failure. Complete incompetence and they don't stand behind their work I would not recommend them

Seems to be a good body shop to do business with! I will be taking my family van to have repairs done! I will update after they are done on April 26th 2023.Update: They did a fantastic job with our 2015 350 Ford Transit! The paint matched perfectly and got it done on time and we had an issue with the backup camera that definitely was not something they done but it was a issue with the wiring harness that Ford sent and they went way beyond there scope of work to find the problem that Ford couldn't find ! They played detective and found the Ford part was missing a wire! That is the sign of a Great body shop!! Thank you guys soo much! I would highly recommend this place!!

They do a great job on the body work, but, because of the supply issues, be prepared to wait a while to get your car back. Totally not their fault. I would have given them 5 stars if the wiper blades I needed to pass inspection wouldn't have been so expensive. So, body work absolutely, inspection not again.
