Joe and his staff are wonderful at what they do. Our car engine recently passed away and the team were compassionate towards us during this time. While a new engine was expensive to replace, Joe was courteous to work with us on the price. One of the Steves there was nice to drive me home while our car was being worked on. It's nice to be nice especially when tragedy hits and we can't thank Joe Thurs Automotive enough for their generosity. Joe and his team know how to build great rapport with customers, so we will become part of the Thurs Automotive family! Thanks guys and God bless!

Having discovered a water leak in my car last week I was referred by a friend to Joe Thurs Automotive. I had a sunroof drain tube that had failed. After they diagnosed the problem they came to find out that the replacement part had been discontinued. They proceeded to fabricate two new drain tubes, install a new one on each side, and put the headliner back together as if it had never been disturbed. All done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Steve at the service desk and Joe the owner each very customer friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I 100% recommend Joe Thurs Automotive. They genuinely care about the work they are doing. A much better experience and value for your dollar than you will receive at any new car dealership.

Simply wonderful people! The service is excellent, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The mechanics are the bestThey really went above and beyond to repair my car.I actually had to have my car towed from the dealership because they were of know help.This is the best automotive garage in this area, probably the only one.I got to meet Joe and the mechanics very professional, I can't thank them enough for all their help

All staff were incredibly accommodating. My wife had a flat tire and they were helpful and took care of everything. Can't say how much this shop is the best I've been to in a while. Two words describe Joe Thurs Customer Service.

Joe is a great experienced mechanic. Unfortunately he's not the one working on your car. Service rep left the engine cover untethered to the engine; resulted in loud under hood noise until discovered by customer. Think twice....

We have a 2002 Cadillac with the V-8 North-star engine, we had a blown head gasket. We checked all around within 250 miles of this location and we found a few garages that wanted to charge $10-11 thousand for replacing the engine with Jasper rebuilt unit after a 2-3 month wait and no one wanted to fix our engine head gasket locally.We found one garage in the mid-west that said they would repair our head gasket for at least $5,500 but that was over 2,000 miles from our home....Joe gave us a price estimate of $1,000 less (and they are local).We dropped the car off and it was fixed quickly in 8 days. All problem areas were fixed and we have our car back again to enjoy!Excellent work done by Joe! The professionalism and performance at Joe Thurs auto is unmatched anywhere Joe and his staff are the best.Thank you for a job Well Done!We will be back!Services: General repairs & maintenance
