The sales associate who helped us really made our visit special. She was knowledgeable about paint formulas, tools, supplies, and sales. I was impressed with the level of service she was able to provide to every customer in the store despite being the only employee there.

The store manager, Cara, was awesome. She didn't have exactly what I needed in stock, so she provided a discount for a more expensive product to make up for it. It was very much appreciated, as I was short on time and would have had to buy the more expensive product even without the discount. Great customer service!!

We’re getting our whole house painted including the ceilings. After 22 years living here we’ve done nothing to the interior walls or ceilings. Our painter “Carey Painting” told us to go to SW to pick paint colors. He uses the SW brand paints for 30 years.The wife and I went in and stood at the color area for about 2 minutes when a woman came over (lots of paint splatters - she was mixing paints) and asked politely “how can I help?”The next 20/25 minutes was filled with great usable information about paint (only interesting if you’re getting your house done) and colors and why our painter gave us different categories to choose from and what those differences are. Bathroom/Kitchen paint different from LvRm/DRm- bedroom paint. The employee knew we were not buying anything just picking her brain and colors but we were treated as though we were their best customers. We left very impressed with lots of great information, advise and color swatches.If the time arises when I am buying paint, Sherwin-Williams on Haverford Rd in Wynnewood gets my business without a doubt.Thank you for all your guidance ??
