Needed to contact customer service about a return of a mattress in a box. They will not answer the phone. The mattress is defective and would not flatten out. They only give me the option to return it to the store. If I could return it, I wouldn't have had to buy a rolled up mattress to begin with! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!
