The service and friendliness at this owner managed store is like stepping back 40 years in time. So nice to have somebody wait on you who knows where everything is and is actually giving great customer service. I'd shop here before a box store any day.

Mallows is conveniently located by my neighborhood the selection and knowledgeable employees are second to none. Family owned atmosphere a very rare traditionally ran hardware store where please and thank you and yes sir no sir go a long way. I stop here every chance I get.

EXTREMELY RUDE. I'LL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I've been helping someone renovate a couple houses near mallows. I occasionally go there when I need something and they definitely know who I am. Today I discovered i needed a can of spray adhesive. I was short on cash so i thought maybe i could ask if i could get it and pay for it tomorrow. I offered my driver's license as collateral. Instead of just saying no, which is perfectly acceptable, he said "you have money for cigarettes " btw i make my own. I found that extremely rude and I will never spend another cent in their store. Thank you for reading this review.
