Fantastic service! The guys are all very polite, it was kind of busy but they still get you out in a fashionable time frame. It took 30 minutes total. You get your oil changed, all fluids checked and filled, tire pressure, windows cleaned inside and out, and vacuum the floor boards! I never go elsewhere!

They did not offer to rotate tires or explain much just that I had a bad oil pan and to change it.

Needed an oil change for a rental that was low on option. Not the preferred option for the rental company, but Firestone was backed up so I went here since it was an option. They were out of windshield washer fluid, which was an issue since that also was out in the rental. They weren't even going to tell me in advance. Fortunately I asked to confirm they would be filling it. That amounts to short changing people if they aren't forewarned and given a discount to buy a gallon somewhere else. Also waited 20 minutes before finding out and leaving. No excuse for an oil change place to run out of fluids. Even if it costs more than their normal supplier they should obtain some locally.

Took my car here to get an oil change and there was more problems than what was suppose to be fixed..we ended up having our breaks “fixed” and air filter changed (paid for it) After that i went to go get an inspection somewhere else and are breaks we’re never fixed and they took the air filter out completely and never replaced it. I would not suggest getting anything fixed.Service: Oil change

They take care of everything I need done. They also get me in and out of there very quickly. At anytime and anywhere if you need your car checked they will do it if you are q member. All over the U S. They will top off your fluids for free. Very satisfied!!!!
