The owner definitely needs to make some improvements to her staff. I had really high hopes for this place but unfortunately we had to move on after only few weeks here. I would say just really go with your gut if your considering enrolling here. Some of the things I witnessed during my child's time here were appalling.Note: Anna in the toddler group is amazing, hands down our favorite person there! She really cares and shows it daily.

I honestly don't know how this place has such good reviews on Google. If you go to Yelp, you will see the accurate reviews off this place. I enrolled my 2 year old daughter a few wks ago and I am already searching for new care. This place is a nightmare! 1st off, the daycare providers are highly unattentive to the kids. Every time I ask how my daughters day was I get the same response "I'm not sure I wasn't in her group" but I know for a fact that's not the case. I've also sat by after I've dropped her off and before pick up to see what their up to and the staff is never being attentive to the kids. Except for the youngest girl that works there. She seems to be the only one who cares about the kids at all. My daughter also came home with severely scrapped up knees with no information from the staff. They probably didn't even know it happened. I have also noticed that my daughter went from being excited about school to very reluctant to go, which is a for sure sign that this is not a good place for her. I have also walked in to hear the staff fully yelling at the children, UNACCEPTABLE! They also have some extremely questionable staff hired! The owner seems to be cheaping out and not paying for quality staff, which would improve her business overall. Quality staff is a must for this type of business. It just makes me wonder and a little sad that other parents are totally fine with the very low quality of care their children are receiving. BTW, we just moved here from another state, and our daycare prior to this was beyond exceptional, so I would know a good daycare from a bad one, and this one is not a good daycare. I hope they read this review and consider how essential their business is and that they need to provide quality care for these children!

If you think your kid is safe at priority court child center you are sadly mistaken . As a former employee I’ve seen staff in action where it was unrighteousness. In the 2year old room they grip the kids up by there hoods and arms when they are not listening to directions and scream in your kids faces! When I brought it up too The manager’s attention she did not care one bit nothing was addressed to any of them! They have such a short temper with the kids!!

We have had three children go through Priory and have experience in every room and stage there (except the new kindergarten program, which we wish was available when our oldest was eligible). Our experience has been wonderful. Our kids love the teachers and the teachers really care about the kids. We were told our oldest, now in the 1st grade, was extremely well prepared for kindergarten as a result of her experience at Priory. They have been proactive in supporting each of our kids and provide lots of love and care.

Our son has been attending this daycare since June 2019. We've had very good experiences in each of the rooms he has transitioned through. He has developed wonderful relationships with many of the teachers and we are very happy with his care! They recently started using a tracking app that allows us to follow each part of his day and it's been a wonderful tool!

We have always had a good experience at PCCC. I miss being able to chat with the teachers face to face about my kids’ behavior and progress, but they have worked very hard to make the experience positive during all of this COVID craziness. Both of my kids forget to hug me or say goodbye at drop off so I consider that a good sign!

Our family could not be happier with the quality of care provided at Priory Court. Our daughter, C, started there in the infant room at about 4 months old. C is now 5 and in the PreK classroom. From the very first minute, Sue and her amazing staff have gone above and beyond to make us, and C, feel comfortable and at home. The teachers love the children and care for them as they would their own children. As we’ve grown with Priory Court, they’ve added more space and more opportunities for the children to learn. The changes have been incredibly positive and well explained so all parents know what’s happening. We have loved our time here and will be so sad to leave it behind when C transitions out.

My daughter has attended PCCC since she was 4 months old; she’s currently 4. At every age and every stage, the staff have been able to meet she and us, her parents, where we are and help us all to progress. The mark of a good school certainly includes intellectual advancement, but should also include charisma and love. Priority Court has all of those things. The teachers know my daughter and are supporting her in practice and rooting for her in spirit.

Highly recommend!! We are 1st time parents totally new to day care after using a nanny for the first 9 months. The staff has been wonderful with this transition not only for our son but for us as well. They are caring and sensitive while helping us adapt to going to "school".Sorry we didn't start sooner.

If you are talking about the staff and the facility, I would give ALL of them an A+ all day, everyday. If we are address the owner, she would be about a -26. Absolute, arrogant jerk that has one concern: YOUR MONEY, PERIOD. We used to take our child out over the holidays to save money however, she changed the rule that your child has to be out multiple months, otherwise you will be charged. Then, my daughter's graduation was coming up but the time was at 11am during the week, not convenient for a working parent. After being confronted by several displeased parents she decided to cancel the entire event as well as to keep the parents from attending an event in August. Like an angry child on the playground; her way or no way.
