I have been going there for years, more than a decade. Models Cleaners, all I can say is they get it right every time, never had a major issue there, and the minor ones that have cropped up we're always property taken care of to my satisfaction.

LOVE that they use nontoxic cleaners on my clothes! I used their delivery/pickup service and they were timely and professional. The owner was also extremely helpful on the phone. Absolutely recommend!

Have used 3 diff dry cleaners on Rt 8 over the years for shirts and pants on a semi regular basis . Models (and previous owners) was ok the first cpl of times but very disappointed the last past 3 orders and can no longer use them. Dress shirts, that are cleaned, pressed, and light starched, have increasingly come back with improperly creased collars and fronts. Pants that were requested to have pocket buttons repaired came back pressed with no buttons. When brought to attention at location was told that "there's nothing else I can do now but take them back again and have them finished next week because it's a repair". Just have no remaining confidence in location for consistent quality and service. Plus charged for repair until it was brought to their attention.
