I heard great things about this store so I decided to stop in. I ended up ordering an e-bike on 09/03 and I still haven’t received it. I had to call twice to check on the status. As of now, I still don’t have a bike. It was my anniversary/birthday gift to myself. My anniversary was on 9-2 and bday was 9-4. I’m at a point where I don’t think I want the bike anymore. I took out financing for the bike and my first payment will be due before I get this bike.

Had a minor issue this week with the rear brakes on my 2015 Trek Marlin 6. It absolutely needed attention before my rides this weekend.
I want to give a #shoutout and big thank you to Trek Allentown for their willingness to look at my bike and their sense of urgency to resolve my issue right away knowing that I was on my lunch break and needed my bike for this evening's ride.
I'll 100% be back for future needs, both service and my next upgrade.

Great experience! Retired my twenty plus year old GT hardtail MTB and after some discussions they recommend a Full Suspension Trek Top Fuel. The new bike is fantastic, absolutely love it! Everyone at the store is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Justin was great - we had an open conversation, he listened, answered my questions personably and knowledgeably. The shop is laid out comfortably for discovering each section, and the atmosphere is dynamic and engaged, but relaxed at the same time. They thanked me by name at the checkout after looking me up in the system. There's nothing wrong with the Easton location, but I'll be coming back to Allentown when I purchase the Checkpoint SL5 in a few months. Best shop I've been to in 25 years.
