“I came a 40 min. trek as Quakertown is closed. So glad I came here as Sean and Nate took great care of me. I am truly a dinosaur when it comes to technology and Sean was so very patient with me. I had one issue after the other and he tackled them all without making me feel like I was burden or taking too much of his time. Nate was very helpful too, but also had to man the store. Sean and Nate are truly a blessing to your company.”
“I’m regretful that I didn’t think to get the names of the two employees who assisted me but I have had consecutive awesome encounters at this location recently, both in purchasing a new iPhone (quickest, most painless experience with this process in my 25ish years of cellphone purchasing—everyone knows how tedious switching over can be) and in turning in my old one today, 2 weeks later after I’d ensured all my passwords, etc were working properly on the new one. That employee was able to honor a birthday coupon I’d received from AT&T despite the computer failing to recognize it. Both employees were friendly, relaxed and clearly understood the value of my time. This will be my go-to location from now on!”

“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond.
