“A very big Thank you to the day shift staff on June 11th 2021. I had a medical issue and fell in front of the establishment not once but 3 times. I had no control of my left leg , from an injection my doctor had given me minutes before arriving. I had never had this happen before. The staff at wine and spirits helped me.even a stranger. “The kind and upbeat employee working tonight displayed exceptional customer service to myself and the other customers in the store. She was the only one working, but was attentive to all the guests, and went above and beyond at least two times during my short 5 min trip. Rarely do I ever give google ratings, but as someone who’s worked in customer service for 10+ years, she really impressed me. I wish I would’ve grabbed her name on the way out. I’ll be coming here more often, even though it’s a little further than my local wine and spirits.”
