I bought a Honda Insight online with 43,811 advertised miles it was delivered with 46209 miles,I live l 92 miles away. I called my sales person and she said she would talk to Yianni Korveis , the general manager for the dealership. I haven't heard back from him or my sale's person. I am extremely disappointed. I will be contacting the attorney general's office and North América Lexus office.

We recently bought a 2017 Honda Accord from here and couldn't be happier with the experience. Used car shopping can be incredibly stressful because you don't always know what you are getting when you buy a used car. But, Lexus of Lehigh Valley's return policy put us at ease because we knew that if there was anything wrong with the car we could return it within the first three days. Even though the car was 7 years old when we bought it, it looks and drives like new. Lexus of Lehigh Valley spent hours detailing it and even delivered it to our house! Their level of customer service truly is top-notch and they treat every customer with respect and kindness, regardless of whether you are driving a new Lexus off their lot or if you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. Jessica was our salesperson and she was amazing. She was so helpful - I highly recommend her and the dealership for anyone who is in the market for a new (or new to you) car.

Leased a vehicle from Lexus of Lehigh Valley. This was our first lease. Jake Boyle was fantastic to work with- made the process so easy! He answered all of our questions and was very honest. We live a great distance from this dealership and would hands down use this dealership again in the future. Great experience.

Finally we found a car dealer that was easy to deal with. They cut to the chase quickly. Drove the various cars to pick from. Shannon and Tim are a great tag team to deal with. Their knowledge of the vehicles was super! I never had the feeling of holding on to my wallet. Don’t believe me. Go see for yourself.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. James Kelly was incredible. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Not in the slightest bit pushy. After owning my first Lexus Es350 for 10 years. It was time to return to Lexus of the Lehigh Valley to purchase another. The staff and atmosphere here are always enjoyable and knowledgeable. I took 2 test drives and was very impressed with Kyle W. and his knowledge of both cars and their features and differences. He helped me navigate which to choose based on my wants and needs, he located the color I wanted and saw me through the whole process. He guided me to James Kelly’s office (another knowledgeable and pleasant guy to talk too) so we could go over numbers, trade in values and protection plans. The deal was done! James & Kyle both kept me updated on the arrival of my new car,procedures and time of pick up. I went with the Lexus Es350 F SPORT this time in bright Blue. I just LOVE it and I am so happy with it. Kyle, James and Ryan F ( who helped with making sure all the signatures and paperwork were done) made this transaction seamless for me. Kyle got the whole car set up and customized for me and taught me how to use all the great new features. James even reached out to me to see how everything was going and if I had any questions. I have been a LOLV customer for over 10 years now and this is what sets them apart. Their sales and service team is unmatchable. Be advised of this shady Lexus dealer and especially the Service department. Do your homework and compare prices and service experiences.
In comparison to other Lexus businesses Lehigh Lexus prices were significantly higher forcing me (local) to go to other Lexus dealers. I’ve leased three vehicle and purchased one Vehicle in a span of 10 years and I always tried this dealership first but they were ALWAYS much higher in price and they won’t price match.
As for the Service Manager…After 10 years of using this local Lehigh location to service my vehicle under the service warranty, I recently scheduled my 40k mile service. I called twice to confirm it was covered on their recorded line. When I arrived with my vehicle they said sorry it is not covered and you have to pay $899. I asked them to listen to the recorded call discussion I had on two separate occasion’s demonstrating their employee confirmed that it was all covered. The call was heard by the Service Manager but he still refused to honor their error. Not only did the Service Manager refused to honor their own service mistakes he also said I should take it back to the dealer I purchased the car from.
Fortunately, I reported the service issues to Lexus Corporate and they have investigated the issue quickly. After the investigation it was discovered that Lehigh Lexus made the mistake. The Service Manager also told Corporate he quoted $485 for the service, but in actuality he quoted $899 causing a lesser service credit issuance from Corporate. Shady, shady, shady.
In the end Lexus Corporate and another Lexus Dealer resolved the issues that Lehigh Valley Lexus Service Manager unprofessionally and unapologetically refused to fix. I would Rate this customer experience a zero if I could for the uncaring customer experience methods their management seem to strive for at this Lehigh Lexus Business.
