This is my go to gym when I'm back East visiting family. They really have everything you need and just one set of bumper plates, so no Cross-Fitters... they open really early and have a friendly clientele. I wish this was my "home" gym...

Small, family owned gym. The place is clean with good equipment. Staff is great. Day care is included with membership. They also have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room.

Did a Google search for women only gyms and this one came up. They are *NOT* a women's only facility! They are co-ed! Don't waste your time if you want a gym that is man-free because this isn't the place.

Going to this gym for the last few months. I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is always so friendly, the equipment is always working, the gym is small enough to not feel intimidated but also big enough to not feel crowded. The childcare option is a life saver for myself, the staff that does the childcare is always so friendly, and trustworthy. My 3 year old asks me daily to go to the gym because he has such a good time when he goes!

Fitness Plaza has everything you need.They have an ample weight selection.They have ample resistance machines.They have ample cardio equipment (I never need to wait for a treadmill)They have a smoothie bar and bottled beverages that are reasonably priced.The restrooms are always clean.The hot tub/sauna/steam room are always in good repair.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and presentable. Other member are friendly and considerate. No processing fee when I signed up which was great! I noticed they also offer other insurance programs like Silver Sneakers, Gym Pass ad others. They have 2 massage therapists, and a hair salon there, as well as personal trainers. I also used their free babysitting service which was great! I especially liked how the room was decorated with positive quotes and sayings on a big wall!

This gym is fantastic has great hours and one of the best sauna steam rooms I have been in. Has a dry sauna as well. Workout equipment is great and has a lot of classes offered.

This gym is overpriced. I have small children and needed to find a gym that has child care. The hours were extremely limited and never worked with my schedule. I signed a year contract AND fulfilled it. I paused my membership knowing that I would be out of town over the summer. I decided that I would cancel my membership and was told that since I "paused" it, my contract was extended. The only way to cancel is through email and even after getting confirmation I had canceled it, they still charged me. Terrible. Go to a reasonably priced gym with reasonable policies.
