This is a very helpful, efficient, and well run FedEx! I ship here regularly when I visit home and they are always great! Connor is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about people and the best way to ship items.

First time I sent through fedex and rep Brian was very courteous and helpful. Because I had a good experience, I came back the second time to send and I got someone else.He was giving me very high cost suggestions for a much smaller package, longer delivery, extra supplies needed. I admit I should have planned ahead but I think what really annoyed me was how he was rushing through the process. First suggestion was over $40, then over 20 for longer time. I told him I sent a bigger box for a little over $20 for 3 days. I guess I have to find a better way to send packages moving forward. I really thought I got lucky finding this place.

This is a very clean well-run store. Very efficient and friendly employees. Last week I needed to have my husband's ski boots and helmet packed and shipped to Colorado. I couldn't reach him when I tried to find out if they really needed to ship overnight. Gene was very professional and patient as all of this unfolded with my dramatic twist. Gene helped with the decision to ship in a less expensive way. I was so impressed that I went to the car and grabbed two packages. Gene also took care of that.
