This is my go to gym when I'm back East visiting family. They really have everything you need and just one set of bumper plates, so no Cross-Fitters... they open really early and have a friendly clientele. I wish this was my "home" gym...

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and presentable. Other member are friendly and considerate. No processing fee when I signed up which was great! I noticed they also offer other insurance programs like Silver Sneakers, Gym Pass ad others. They have 2 massage therapists, and a hair salon there, as well as personal trainers. I also used their free babysitting service which was great! I especially liked how the room was decorated with positive quotes and sayings on a big wall!

This gym is fantastic has great hours and one of the best sauna steam rooms I have been in. Has a dry sauna as well. Workout equipment is great and has a lot of classes offered.

This gym is overpriced. I have small children and needed to find a gym that has child care. The hours were extremely limited and never worked with my schedule. I signed a year contract AND fulfilled it. I paused my membership knowing that I would be out of town over the summer. I decided that I would cancel my membership and was told that since I "paused" it, my contract was extended. The only way to cancel is through email and even after getting confirmation I had canceled it, they still charged me. Terrible. Go to a reasonably priced gym with reasonable policies.

The owner is unwilling to enforce mask mandates and secure the health and safety of his patrons, willing to lose long term members for the 1% who refuse to wear masks!

I can find no better gym than this one and I have tried most in the area. If you are looking to get in fabulous shape, this is the gym for you. A wide range of equipment- machines to target every part of the body. Friendly staff, clean facility and every amenity you can think of. For me it is well worth the drive....and bring your bathing suit for the wet and dry saunas !

Horrible! They do not notify members of schedule changes that they have known about for weeks. Get some qualified subs!! If you are a member and you count on and schedule your day around a class and you arrive and it's not happening it's very disheartening. Not recommended

One of the greatest gyms I've been to. The equipment is really good, the people there are amazing. I really can't describe how happy I am to go there!
