Bank of America is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with this is the second time I deposited a payroll check from their bank through my employer and I had to wait a week for it to clear this is ridiculous and I’ve been cashing checks for seven months now

This is the worst bank in Allentown on Allen Street so many times had to leave cause there alway one teller a long line can never get to do what I went there for cause I leave if they don't have enough help close the place down cause it not helping us in any way.

I always have a lot of banking for work when I come in, and they are always incredibly patient and professional. They are usually quite busy, but they always handle it well with smiles on their faces and do everything they can to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

What a Wonderful experience. I had to close my accounts because of the distance of BOA to my home. The teller was quick and knowledgeable. We then waited a short while to resolve an issue with my credit card. Again the gentleman was was extremely knowledgeable answering not only my questions but my fiancé’s. He helped me resolve my online banking issues in a matter of minutes.These folks are what courtesy and just old fashioned customer service is about!!

My wife and I made an appointment online to meet with a banker to obtain signature guarantees. The staff was very knowledgeable and completed all our documents. We were very pleased with the service.

When I went here there was only one teller at the counter, I was waiting in line patiently but business customers got first priority and got to bypass the line. I don’t think that is right

Horrible experience with Fernando Gonzalez poor professionalisms, Bad attitude with costumers he didn’t help at all. Not interested in helping. I Don’t recommend you Fernando’s services for banking, for buying a house or for refinancing. Horrible experience
