Beautiful place.. immediate check in.. short wait.. attentive kind & very patient professional staff.. knowledgeable doctor.. Im new here so will see if things help with leg wounds been dealing with over 9mo already.. legs not screaming in pain thar I can't cover up nor sleep.. so that's huge help & progress finally.. antibiotics not bad

My experience with ADA today was exceptional from the time I walked in until the time my visit was completed. The receptionist was extremely polite and efficient. She completed my entry information and directed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean and well arranged. I waited a very short period of time and was called to enter the exam room which also was very clean and comfortable. The nurse then took my information and entered it into their data base. She then gave me a gown and instructions. Shortly after she left she returned with the doctor who did a thorough exam and removed one pre-cancer lesion. He also answered my questions about some moles and bumps on my body. I was also given an instruction sheet when I left the exam room. I didn't need to check out with the rection area and was able to leave when I was ready. My experience was one of thankfulness that there were no major issues discovered and relief that my skin was fairly healthy for a 77 year old male who spent a lot of time outdoors.

I would give this office a zero if I could!!! I called to schedule an appointment for my son and was laughed at by Faye due to not being able to make a day they had available. Very unprofessional and rude coming from an employee!!! I will not be taking him here!!!
