Hijgly unprofessional business practices. Posted hours are not followed. They closed well before their listed closing time simply because they felt like it. If they cannot follow their own set schedule imagine how they would disregard the importance your insurance accounts. Their amateur practices cost them a significant amount of patronage.

Reporting this office to Penndot.My mom barely speaks English, she’s asked and tried to confirm if her Honda Civic was insured, they say “yes! the Honda is covered!” meaning our Honda Pilot. They’ve been lying for years. Honda Civic gets registration renewed/inspection passing (which are both services you can only have when your vehicle is insured) for 4 years.Maybe they’ll remember my coverage from the homeless shelter.
