Dr Borrelli is amazing and cares about her patients. I can not say enough about how they took care of my pup for six years until I had to rush her in on aTuesday night to find out she had a mass on her spleen. It's been hard to get my other pups in the last two months and have waited on hold for over five minutes which is why I have given only four stars.

Alburtis was able to get my dog in and attend to his mouth problem within a week. They were very gentle and kind with our old guy. The staff was amazing, they called the next day to check on our dog. They genuinely care about animals. They are now our vet, I just wish we had found them sooner.

The staff and service here is good but you may want to ask about fees as we were told one thing and charged for another. We were overcharged and any attempt to resolve went unheard. A conversation started by the vet ended up as an additional charge. Be weary of any questions asked.

Couldn't be happier that I switched to this practice! They are wonderful! They take their time & address all issues explaining everything! Also so happy that Tonya is there from our prior vet! My Scrappy loves her!

The staff and vets here are gentle, compassionate, kind and caring. Our Katie has been a patient for over 9 years. She is never fearful when we come here. They have managed well care as well as emergency care when she was diagnosed with Lyme disease. They saved her life and we will be eternally grateful!

Ella came to me as a foster with horrible oral conditions. Our rescue only had services between Alburtis and another vet by me. The other vet could not fit us in for a dental, Alburtis made the time for us. 23 teeth extracted later and Ella was doing better but we had a losing battle with the rest of the teeth. I don’t have a negative thing to say about this wonderful veterinarian hospital. The Doctors, staff, everyone is absolutely wonderful. We unfortunately had to put our sweet girl down last year. Dr. Smith gave it to me straight, I am so grateful for his candor with me as I was faced with what ended up being only about 10 days to process her terminal diagnosis before we actually let her go. I have been going to AAH for all my pets throughout the years. My current dog mainly has Dr. Borrelli and she is great! Everyone on the team is always very nice and you can definitely tell they care about the animals they see. Recently my 7 year old dog needed surgery and they were fantastic helping me as a nervous dog mom get through it by answering all my calls and questions as well as taking excellent care of him. Great experience all around, I definitely trust and recommend them.

Dr. Smith and his staff were so caring when we had to make the tough choice to put down our cat. Dr. Smith informed us of all of our choices and listened empathetically to our concerns. He stayed with me compassionately as I bawled over my kitty. A heartbreaking situation could have been a lot worse, but Dr. Smith and his staff really tried to comfort us through the whole process. Highly recommend.

The staff at Alburtis Animal hospital are very competent and very caring. Even though they see hundreds of animals each week, they treat yours as if it were their own. The veterinarians take the time to talk with you, and they show compassion when your it is time to say good-bye to your pet. the little things like the personal sympathy notes are what sets this practice above the rest.

Best vet I've ever known. Very understanding, explains everything about pet care in clear terms, excellent at going over different options for care and pros and cons of each.
