This vape shop is great for economy line vapes.
I’m not saying this is bad as it fits the budget for everyone.
The staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry.
The staff is very friendly.
This is why I give 4 stars.
The reason for not giving 5 star is because they don’t have the better quality vapes. They lack knowledge of those better vapes.
Again not a big deal because they don’t sell them. You can’t expect them to know about them.
I do like the vape juice that they recommended.
I will be back because of this but unfortunately I have to go somewhere else to get supplies for my mods.
Overall I’m satisfied.

Lady lied about a product I purchased. Said it was marijuana but it wasn’t. She wouldn’t take it back nor give me store credit. She said “well then I’d be out the money”. What?!? You lie to your customers and then say too bad? Wow. Never going back there again.

Their selection and prices are really good compared to other shops around the same area. I had a defective vape and called 10 minutes after purchase-the girl working said “it’ll be fine, we don’t do refunds” so I asked to speak to the manager (because I essentially just wasted $30) and she didn’t come in for two more days. However- when I returned two days later and spoke with the manger she was AWESOME and promptly fixed the issue and replaced the defective vape. She’s super personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. SHE is the sole reason I will continue to come here and spend money!

Do not buy from them!Over the past year, I have bought 3 different vape pens, all different brands, that have all had a ton of issues. I also received 1 replacement, that also had issues.The first two I bought stopped charging within a week of buying them. I returned the second one, and the guy begrudgingly replaced the second one, but he refused to give me a receipt. The replacement broke within two weeks. I tried to talk to him about it, but he just said he had no memory of me at all. He then asked for the receipt he refused to give me.The third one only recognizes about 1/3rd of the cartridges I have tried. When it does recognize one, it gives barely any hit.I should have learned after the first two, but I still tried a third brand.Do not go to this place. They carry cheap products which they charge overprice for. I’m easily out over $100 in vape pens because of their greed.

There vapes are junk & wont charge after the first time you use them. The lady at the front desk seemed hight on something . She didn’t let me finish explaining what the problem was with the product I purshased from them. She didn’t even hesitate to help me out with the problem, she prefered to lose a costumer. Worse costumer service ever. Never coming back.
