DO NOT buy appliances here. I ordered a range hood and professional installation. The installers told me that it is defective and to request a replacement. That was almost 2 months ago. I have been following up with the store and customer service several times. Initially a replacement was not ordered. The installers used the box to put my old range hood to haul it away. I cannot return this. The whole experience has been a nightmare.

Sold us a new toilet that turned out to be damaged and we have been waiting for them to exchange the toilet (Which we are without a toilet downstairs), while they have drug their feet since Juneteenth and today I found out that Lowe's won't replace it, but I'll have to give info to American standard and have them ship it, which will take another 5-10 days to get here!!! I've had lots of places go out of business, but this one I wouldn't miss. Hopefully before that happens, they need to replace management, but you'll NEVER create me in a Lowe's again. Now I know why the names themselves, Lowe's That's the level of their customer service.

We were there Tuesday June 19 2023 for walk in shower materials I think Phillip in shower heads was impatient. Matt in tile was excellent he took the time with us called for extra help for other customers and was just awesome. There was a small Mexican woman who was helpful too. Alll in all we had to search for help

I was buying two on sale items only checkout open is self service. One item didn't ring up the sale price the person watching you'd their job Saya I have to go take a picture of thesale price and come back for him to fix it. So at Lowes now you have to do all the work for them while they just stand there.

No one picks up the phone. No one calls you back. No one is responsive at all. Can't get assistance with appliances. Had customer service take information to get back to me. Never did. No one able to help over the phone. Literally have spent hours with the phone ringing and ringing or on hold waiting for someone to help, to no avail. Horrible.

They have no one to ring you up, so you have to use the self Check out. Know imagine long pieces of molding or a lot of wood that you're purchasing. And there little hand scanner doesn't work, the man at the counter acts as if you're bothering him. "F" that place, oh ya, and they haven't had any bags in forever, because the manager forgot to order them? What? People please, Jesus fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must write a review for the great deal and customer service experience I had today at this location. I went in as an emergency to buy a clothes dryer since mine broke. I looked online and chose a cheap no frills model that was on sale for $549.00. When I arrived I looked around at other ones and decided the one I looked at was sufficient. I found the man who was working that section and I showed him the one I wanted, he agreed it was a good machine and good price on sale. Then he said, if you are interested we just got in a return that for some reason was never used but returned. It was regularly over $800.00 he said since it was a return and no box he would sell it at a clearance price of $390.00 !! That was over half price AND he threw in a 3 year lowes warranty that covers all repairs and replacement for free!!! I was so happy to get this great deal, he even wrapped it up really well since there was no box, and helped me load it up! I went away really happy to say the least. Ty Lowes!!

Their customer service is horrid. There are literally employees wandering around on their phones while we wait for some help. They don't offer assistance to load heavy things... nor do they show up when asked to!! If I could give a negative rating, I would. Best to buy the products you need online or local. These guys suck,

If I could give this stores customer service and negative 5 I would. Went there to buy fence panels and went to customer service, the lady at the front said you need to go to the other side. Went to the other cashier the lady said we don't have a fork lift diver for you to buy those he'll be here at 1pm. ( it was noon) I said okay I need to buy a freezer to so ill go get one of those and maybe by the time I'm done the fork lift driver will show up. Went and looked at the freezers and back to customer service because no one was back there the lady at customer service says, " you need an appliance associate" I said can you call someone back there? I went back stood there for about 20 minutes saw a few employees walk by asked them for help they walked away and said they'd get someone... I finally got mad and left.

Dumbest thing ever I bought a tool kit on May 3 2022 2 days later it goes in sale for 50 bucks less. So I go back to the store and asked for a price different. I was told. I had to return the tool kit and get a refund then buy again. What kind of dumb crap is that. Never buy from Lowes dumb as hell. I even had the receipt with the time stamp. I'll bet none of ther employees monitor this site. So I do not expect anything to be done.

They seem to be getting back to their A game here. Plenty of help, stocked aisles. The only thing they could work on is the mobility scooters. I was able to grab one but the steering was really messed up. I grabbed the second one and it was great. The thing is I wanted to include shopping in the garden center on this beautiful sunny day. The main reason for my visit. However the wheels locked up on my scooter as soon as I went outside. It is a fully enclosed area but I was unable to shop. This really needs to be addressed.

Miserable Customer Service. Absolute miserable warranty service on major appliances. Everyone points the finger at someone else for lack of communication and follow through. Nobody answers the phone. I want to like Lowe's for their nice products. So difficult. Yikes.

Lowes customer service has gone down the drain. Needed some landscape and garden supplies. After finding what I was looking for, I asked an associate where all of the flat carts were. She replied "they're all out front" meaning the parking lot. Mind you the garden center gates to the parking lot were closed. I replied "well that's a dumb place for them, when all your manure is in here". Needless to say we left. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I had some left over tile from a remodel. We weren't looking for a refund, but store credit would have been appreciated. Unfortunately Lowes is mo longer customer focused and it appears they try to find ways to not help the customer.

Paid 2k for a new washer and dryer, and to have it installed. The contractors paid by Lowe's came, and were so rude. Rude to the point of screaming in a woman's face and leaving the washer and dryer in the middle of the room. Not installed. We called Lowe's to find out that someone had already complained about this contractor earlier today! The best they could do was get someone new out here in a week and a half! Not okay. Not okay with paying this much and having this experience.
