Hospitable, Attentive to my preferences in a vehicle and financial needs is what I received from Angeline and Jesse at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. I went thinking they'd not really have what I was seeking and drove away with exactly what I was seeking plus several more features. Angeline really did an exceptional job of listening, searching and keeping this vehicle 'just for me' and she was right!
Financial bartering was a bit longer than necessary I feel, I appreciated finally being heard by Michael who seemed to get the numbers magically where I had asked hours prior. John, who processed the paperwork smoothly and efficiently.
There were about 6 things I found with the vehicle within 24 hrs of having it, that require service professionally, costing me additional expenses that Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan could've taken care of prior to selling it (an antenna cover that was broken needs to be professionally repaired, remote batteries were dying, 3 recalls had not been serviced and a couple other smaller things).
Overall, a 4 for the lack of the above items but a 5* for Angeline, Michael, John and Jesse who did a great job meeting my financial needs.

Today I came into Ron Tonkin Nissan with some low hopes to get into another vehicle due to having two vehicles already from a divorce. These two amazing gentlemen Rick Gilpin And Chris Berrios! They helped me out sooo much! And John Nguyen in finance! He was amazing too! After being told no from a few places these men made it happen for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Please do yourself a favor and come in and see them! They’re so down to earth and real people! They are honest and fair. Thank you Rick , Chris, and John for saving me today! I’ll definitely be back for all my future vehicle purchases!!

As someone who lives 3-5 hours away depending on the drive, Michael and Michelle really made my stay and my financing amazing! They worked with me and made my financing smooth and affordable! Seriously I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to help me buy my first 0mile new car. I did not expect to leave with a trade in, and somehow I did! If little me could see me now, she would feel excited knowing these two made what I thought was impossible into a reality. I am now the proud owner of a Frontier Pro 4X! She is a beauty!

Wilsonvlle Nissan is a first class dealership. They thoroughly go thru all used cars sold. All personnel were pleasant to deal with, and the deal made was fair. The saleslady Michelle Hansen was wonderful to deal with. She has much experience in the Car Business, understood the electronics of a modern car, was patient and forthright about all aspects of the transaction. Try to get her to help you with your transaction, and it will be a pleasant one.

If anyone is looking for a new vehicle and doesn't want to deal with the typical car buying experience, ask for Rick Gilpin. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and he is by far the best sales person out there. I was very appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. I decided to purchase a vehicle, and Michael Shazor was very fast to prepare documents and answer my questions. I didn't even need my husband there to haggle back and forth on my trade-in and costs - I let him know what would work for me and Michael made it happen! I strongly recommend this dealership!

I showed up unannounced and quickly paired up with Asst Sales Manager Rick. He was a pleasure to work with, giving me patience and candidness. Both of which are paramount in a vehicle purchase situation. The first the dealership did was showed me the CarFax for the vehicle I was interested (and ultimately purchased) which I appreciated the transparency.
