Very quaint little store and historical but can’t be a little pricy.

This place is amazing!! Start with a really cool historic building from the 1800's and add a large selection of natural and organic foods (and one of the few places you can find things like Australian white sharp cheddar cheese) but wait there's more.... homemade snacks like Reese's and chocolate dipped animal crackers!! delicious! great people and a beautiful setting. What a gem!

I love this store! It’s so nice having a true grocery store in our small community. They have everything you might need! The owners are also very nice, they do a lot for our town.

Was such a cool store, so much character so so many choices. This little gem is tucked away. I will 100% be back! Friendliest people you could ever meet!

Williams General Store Sense when does a store try to troll back… You want to describe the whole situation oh i will. Not to mention all the dogs I’ve seen in there btw and no issues with them… this is my edit sense they tried to troll me back on their Facebook page and block me so they could get rid of their bad review…I walked into the store (as i have numerous times with my bird and as i have in numerous other stores… never had an issue) let me mention that birds are the most “sanitary pet” a person could have. Especially when they are taken care of like mine is.2nd. I have severe epilepsy. When i go down my bird is trained to alert anyone near by screaming. (As he’s done for over 17 years) that bird has literally saved my life and i am forever grateful. You can’t service animal a parrot because they aren’t big enough and the stupid word “exotic” but you can ESA one, which has been done in Nebraska. Yes i get this isn’t Nebraska. Save the spill lady…Now for the altercation we had…I walked in and yes your worker said “I don’t think you can have that bird in here” i then said “i have had him in here numerous times and haven’t had any issues” she said “okay, but i just am not sure you are allowed to have him in here, but ok go ahead” so I continued to try to find the lighter i needed to light our furnace so we didn’t freeze (which was another reason i had my bird with me because our home was freezing)I couldn’t find the lighter i needed and people started asking me questions about him (as they always do because its not something you see everyday) and i answered them nicely as i always do. You then saw me for the 1st time at this moment. Your eyes got really big and you had the snottiest look on your face. You then proceeded to say “you really can’t have him in here. That is very unsanitary” with a very snotty remark smirking back at me. Everyone started laughing at me (and you can’t deny that)When i get up to the counter i do say “just because your having a bad day doesn’t mean you can treat your customers like that. I’ve never had a problem before anywhere. Not even Walmart”. You then say “were not Walmart and good have a nice life” I’m still surprised i bought that lighter from you. But yes like i said in the other review i will drive to grants pass to get a gallon of milk because I’m not going to support a business if they are rude to there customers. I would also encourage everyone else to do the same. I understand driving to grants pass is not convenient but driving there and buying a gallon of milk and the gas to get there is about the same as buying a gallon of milk at your store. I changed my review to be more polite but now that you have to come back at me ill just tell the whole story lady. You really offended someone who has been saved many times from a bird that has been working for over 17 years. It would be better and this whole situation could of been avoided if you would of just walked up to me politely and told me instead of yelling at me in-front of everyone and embarrassing the hell out of me…

I have never had an experience at a store like this in my LIFE! The owner is VERY rude. I will never return and I hope you don't as well.

Owners don't like birds, I would give them -1 stars if I could for their unsanitary conditions, thanks.

Way overpeiced. Staff is always nice. Yet, one of only three and the best and more complete store in town.

You would be amazed at all the items they stock in this tiny store. They have saved me a few times when I needed an item fast. Their prices are reasonable for being out in the country. Love them

My motorcycle travels have brought me to many a country store in Northern California and Southern Oregon. From Kettenpom's little front porch oasis to the incredibly well stocked New Harris General Store in Humboldt, the Honeydew Store, Field Station, Adin Supply, and so many more, I consider myself an aficionado of the general store. They can be life lines for their communities and a well stocked one is to be treasured and supported. This place has a big variety of dry goods such as grains, legumes, spices and canned goods covering a range of cuisines along with a fairly well stocked bulk food section. Where they really shine is their produce section. So many general stores I have visited neglect the veggies and that's a bummer. Yeah, dry goods are great but it's nice to get something fresh, too. Their dairy section is solid as well. Many varieties of milk including organic, several types of cheese, etc. I could see myself doing a week's worth of shopping here pretty easily and that's a plus when "town" is far away. As I recall it was like 15 minutes to another small store and then like 30 or so minutes to the main town of Grants Pass? They even had It's Its!!! I was a happy camper with a vegetarian sandwich, some hippie cheesy poofs, and the aforementioned It's It. Not bad when I just stopped in to get some gas. This store is definitely a keeper. Cootz OUT! ({})
