“Very cool these places still exist I often remember going to these frequently other child begging my parents drive me over the booster packs. I would hate to see bricks and mortar stores go away where you don't get the shopping experience. It just so fun to be able to go in and look around and see other people excited about what you're excited about such a difference experience than just buying online. Everything is MSRP not seeing a lot of great deals with these shops you want to pay over location such as target or Walmart. So you can definitely come support a business that much so deserves it and have a little fun in the process.”
“Stopped in to check out this store because it's on my commute. Some with the owner who was super friendly. They have about 6 tables which could host about 12 players and the shop is mostly TCG focused. They also have items which would make great general nerdy gifts.”
“Stuart and Debby are a pair of rare people in today's world. They are absolutely driven to make their customers' experience pleasant and pointed. Each have their own personality, but as a team, each contributes to the whole experience to make it relaxing, and fruitful. I had a dire need to sell some silver/sterling silver, which I learned from a phone call and talking with Stuart, was what they were mostly in the market for. They welcomed me and set about to evaluate and assess my offerings Debby doing the initial evaluation and Stuart filling in to look at the sterling silver. Now understand, I was not there expecting to get spot prices, or to recoup what I personally had invested. That said they did make me fair offers, which I gladly accepted. Such a positive experience. I highly recommend Westside C & C to anybody buying or selling silver or foreign paper money.”
“Best card shop I have ever been to, heard of, or anyone anywhere has ever Imagined. This place is where. God would go get his cards here. Fair prices with an awesomely knowledgeable staff.”
“Just discovered a few minutes before their closing time. They appear to have everything and more.Love that they're a local owned business.I will be back again !”
“Such a gem of a place. Oregon City has a pretty aggressive thrifting scene and I always come out of here with something I thought was irresistible and priced fairly. Huge selection of games, glassware, old coins, military surplus, and more. An absolute stop if you're in town. Service is always knowledgeable and friendly!”
“Excellent model train store. Best selection of O gauge I’ve found in ages, but of course it has a plethora of the smol stuff also. Top shelf service as well. Other stores have to “call a guy” when instead, Whistle Stop has their own in-house tech. Definitely coming back.”

15957 SW 72nd Ave, Tigard“I brought a couple of 4' x 8' sheets of plastic in to be ripped to 34" wide. Even though they were busy, they accommodated my request (at no charge) and completed the cuts in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend TAP for their expertise and superior customer service.”
“This place has a lot of board games, terrain, miniatures, books and runs events all the time. Also a cafe attached. Love going in here and just browsing. Pricing is essentially MRSP.”
“Tyler was the man! I don't usually do reviews, but I was so amazed by this store. I was on the fence about this hobby for a year, and with Tyler's help, it made getting into the hobby very enjoyable. Thank you!”
“An absolutely delightful shop. We stumbled upon other worlds, games and comics on a whim after having breakfast just down the building at Gigi's Cafe. It was free comic book day! I'm not a comic book person but told personnel my interests in things like video games and movies and they were able to direct me to the perfect comics for me! And now I'm hooked! Whether you're already a comic fan or you're looking for a new hobby, I cannot recommend Other Worlds Games and Comics more! They are absolutely fantastic.”
10AM - 7PM
250 SW 1st Ave, Canby“Great selection, nice staff, and easy access from the main road. Stop in and get some Legos. My wife loves to build the kits so we stop in every few months to get more. I'd rather just buy the finished sets they sell as well. They have a ton of bits and peices if you just need peices to build anything you want.”

2614 SE 162nd Ave, Portland“I’ve been going to Disc Heroes for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say about it!John and his staff are all really great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I shop for comics but they also have a large selection of magic cards and tournaments on a regular basis, and a great supply of disc golf equipment hence the name Disc Heroes. I really think that’ if you are looking for a LCS or are into gaming be it cards or a an upgrade on your equipment you should check them out!”

10317 SE 82nd Ave, Happy Valley“Over the years I have made many purchases at hobby town. Most recent was December. Was having some issues with a battery. Took it in to get it checked. Very helpful and great communication. Thank you for a great experience and thank you for all the information about batteries. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks again”
“I had a great customer service experience here today. I called with some questions about a particular comic book and the attendant answered all my questions and even took the time to search up release dates. Great job Thank you”
“Go see Gene and Steve for all your gaming needs. Stop by Wednesday nights at 6 pm to play in the Armory. We have a consistent group of at least 8 per week and are growing. Look forward to meeting you.”
“I don't go to Michael's craft store very often. I think the last time I went there I was looking for something to take up in the woods and exercise a high-powered rifle at.
But Michael's really isn't my bag baby.
Regardless, they do have some fantastic items and if you're looking for paint pans or other various things to craft, some flowers about Michael's is probably the place for you.
Also, I believe they let you take your dog in the store and it's a nice, quiet spot for some socialization of your pup.
In my experience to help isn't the best. Some of the staff have a bit of a chip on their shoulder.
That being said, others are fantastic and more than willing to go the extra mile to help you out, finding that super sharpie pen for your next baseball signature.”
“Great store. Don't really agree with the owners views. But they always have what I'm looking for and then some, most the time I come in for one item and end up buying alot more than planned. The restrooms have always been super clean in my experience. Had to get a code to get in, but I don't mind. I guess that could be an issue if your squeezing cheeks. Lol”
“It is always special these days, in most stores, when you can get customer service on the floor to help you find an item so I wanted to take a minute to give this store a shout out. I had a need for a particular piece of plastic sheeting to, believe it or not, create a special drain on an exterior gutter. I figured a sales person on the floor would give me a crazy look and basically say no, don't have anything that would work. Fortunately, I asked Kati, and she said she loved a challenge so off we went! In a few minutes she had shown me several options in plastic sheeting and I chose one of those. it was perfect. Wow, can't thank Kati enough for helping me and having a fun attitude was a real bonus! Love this store. P.S. The check out lady was very nice, too. Sorry, didn't get her name.”

4328 SE 82nd Ave, Portland“It’s nice to have a location that’s just a mile away from my house, Sam is great to work with, easy to talk to and is extremely tech savvy. I also appreciate that this is a safe space.
It is important to acknowledge that employees are still human beings.”
“The new owner is awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in to buy an rc truck. Left with two for less money. He’s about fun not sales. Doesn’t try to oversell you and he listens. Best service of any hobby shop I’ve ever been to. The owner was genuinely excited about me being there and didn’t rush me. Will definitely be my go to shop from now on.”
