The Children's Clinic is committing insurance fraud and unfortunately my wife and I won't be coming here with our son anymore. My wife and I paid out-of-pocket for a minor surgery for our newborn son and we were told in person at this location that once we get health insurance for our son, within 30 days, we would get reimbursed for our payment and our insurance company would be billed. We went through the steps but never received a reimbursement. We called their office, they apologized and said they would get the bill taken care of. Weeks later, we received a statement from our insurance company that The Children's Clinic billed them for the minor surgery. Not only did the Children's Clinic lie to us, they also lied to our insurance company and billed them for a procedure that we already paid for. This is insurance fraud. This company has no integrity. I am reporting them to the Department of Human Services for insurance fraud. Please do yourselves and your children a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

I really enjoyed my doctor with this clinic, however, the clinic itself is very unethical in their billing practices. My sons had wellness visits shortly after being born, in the wellness appointment the doctor checked their jaundice (by looking at their belly), this apparently put us out of the category of a “wellness” appointment and now into a co-pay appointment. We were not notified of this until we received a bill. This happened again on my sons 4-month wellness appointment. He has had a clogged duct since birth. The doctor had previously instructed that I monitor it for infection. I mentioned to her on this appointment that it looked a little infected. Now again, because she confirmed this, my appointment was billed as a co-pay and no longer wellness. So, I guess, if you only need vaccines, this is your place. But if you want someone to actually care for the “wellness” of your child, I would look for another practice.

Over time this clinic has turned into a 1star. Biggest issue originally was that they were pushing vaccines which we are not a proponent of. Figured that would be an issue anywhere so will let that slide. However, they made us pay upfront for something that was completely covered by insurance. This is always an issue with Medical Billing if you have any experience with medical complex accounting. Took nearly 6 months to receive the refund with deduction of other charges but no explanation of why. Standard sketchy medical account these days. should be illegal. Additionally, when your child does a wellness visit, should be no charge hence our insurance, but because we asked/discussed certain normal health concerns they charge us for the visit as it was no longer just "wellness". They are not being up front and come off as a scam. Hard to trust the medical complex these days when even on the little things they are coming across as shady. Take your money elsewhere. Hopefully a practice that wants you to trust them.

Dr.Ben-David was very thorough with checking my toddler and did several follow ups personally on the phone to ensure she was doing okay after our appointment since had a urine infection. I loved her warm and thoughtfu nature and the time she took to understand and answer all our questions and concerns as new parents. Thank you! We appreciate you going above and beyond for our little one.

I could not give enough thanks to Dr. Rosborough & the children’s clinic team. They listen to all of my concerns (irrational first time mom worries or not) and have always made me feel like they genuinely have our best interest at heart. I couldn’t be more thankful to have such a great care team for my pride and joy! Thank you for all you guys do❤️

Call to make an appointment for my son who needs help. They refuse to see him because he isn’t up-to-date with the states vaccine recommendations. This should be illegal. I have made healthcare decisions for my children, and now they are being barred from receiving care.

Excellent physicians, knowledgable nurses, and caring support staff. As somebody who works in the industry, I'm constantly impressed by the quality of care and I am thankful to have The Children's Clinic for our three kiddos.

Dr. Craft is amazing! I have never seen a doctor who cared so much about what he does. Every time we come in he runs his hands under warm water just to make sure my baby is as comfortable as possible. I believe anyone would be grateful to have him as a doctor. I wish there were more doctors like him nowadays.

The doctors at this clinic and the surrounding clinics are incredible. We have been seeing Dr. Carr for nearly 7 years now with our oldest and her two younger siblings. She has been an invaluable resource to helping our kids and maintaining their health. I am a worrier by nature and she has shown incredible patience for my questions and concerns while also answering them with great sincerity and seriousness. I have always left the clinic feeling empowered and like they are doing absolutely everything needed for my little one. Further, Dr. Carr has always been very good about handing off care for complex issues with specialists and has led us to the best specialists in the area. When my little had a feeding and swallowing issue, Dr. Carr referred us to one of the best specialists at Doernbechers and worked closely with the care plan to ensure we were taken care of. The care teams also do an incredible job of maintaining communication so if my child ever needed to see one of the partners there has never been a lapse in care or knowledge about my child's Health.

We originally started with The Children's Clinic in Tualatin back in 1998 with my oldest child. I still have 3 kids who are patients there. My grand-daughter is also a patient. We've been so happy with the care we have received over the decades. The pediatricians here have been so great at diagnosing unusual symptoms and for getting us into the appropriate specialists when needed. I'm so very grateful to everyone at The Children's Clinic.

Pretty terrible experience here. Bethany Rosborough was very pushy about how to treat our child. She essentially said if we don't follow their schedule with minimal delays, that we would not be able to be their patient. No respect for parents and in the ability for parents to do their own research and make the best decision for their kids. Go somewhere else. Better yet, move to a state where parents are given data and a doctor recommendation, but a parent still gets to review it all and make the best decision for their kid. At the children's clinic, you just have a bunch of stuck up, rich and privileged doctors pushing you around.

Dr. Unrau, Dr. Rosborough + Dr. Collin Dean (child psychologist) | Great staff | Great after-hours service We've been coming here since my daughter was born. She's now 4 years old. Her first pediatrician was Dr. Audrey Unrau. She's now retired, but she provided excellent care for our little one, and now we find the same level of care and assurance with Dr. Rosborough. We've also come in to see a few other doctors and nurses for issues that needed immediate attention and all are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It is rare that we experience long wait times, but the very few times we do, we were updated and given options to reschedule or stay. Our kiddo is very shy and doesn't easily warm up to new people and places at first. Both Dr. Unrau and Dr. Rosborough knew how to interact with our little one, making her feel comfortable while carrying on with exams. They're extremely patient and offer excellent advice. I never feel rushed with the list of questions I present them nor do I feel pressured to do anything I don't feel comfortable giving or practicing with my family. I've been able to get my kid in immediately when something like a mysterious rash suddenly pops up. I value the after-hours service too. Care shouldn't be limited to business hours and that's something they recognize. Talking to their nurses after hours has been very helpful in that they provide knowledgeable advice, assurance, and are able to schedule immediate appointments if necessary. The nurses are very patient. When my daughter was a young toddler, she was VERY fearful of the weight scales and height measurement ruler, and I really liked that nurses like Mia (sp?) were very understanding and patient. She told me she wanted to create positive experiences for my kid at the doctor's office, so she didn't want to push it too much with the eye and hearing tests before our exam. She offered other alternatives and offered another time to have it done. The rooms are bright and fun. The waiting room has fun fish tanks that my daughter always remembers and looks forward to seeing. We haven't experienced any rude staff and were never made to feel like we were another patient. We appreciate the level of care here and would recommend this place to others looking for a good care team for their kids. Other things worth mentioning: they have a great team of psychologists for all ages. When we needed some help with behavior regarding tantrums, potty training, and mealtime, Dr. Collin Dean provided very insightful advice to help us understand the developmental changes going on with our toddler. I highly recommend him.

We have loved going to The Children's Clinic for the last 5+ years with our littles and would still be going if we hadn't moved out of state. Dr. Kilty is the best! He has a great sense of humor, is really down to earth and gives common sense medical and parenting advice. All of our children have received quick, thorough and consistent care. We can't recommend The Children's Clinic enough!

We love Dr. Boyer, she is fantastic. She really takes her time answering all of our questions. We know she is busy but she has never made us feel rushed during appointments. She's fantastic with us, first time parents, and our baby!
