I had never heard of this clinic before tonight but recently I recieved notice that I had a balance due to Google for an ad campaign they ran online under my account. I have never advertised any product, service, or business online or offline so you can imagine my surprise. After further investigation, it seems as if my account was hacked and the perpetrator used it to advertise this exact clinic. After reading their other reviews, I can only imagine a place as uncaring as the one described here to resort to illegally advertising themselves and expect someone else to pay the bill.

A little hard to believe being that it's 2024, but this facility doesn't utilize automatic door openers for their patients in wheelchairs. The receptionist will sit idly by and watch as they struggle to open the double set of doors on their way in to what, according to other reviews here, is mediocre care at best. Granted, automatic openers arent required under ADA rules, but I've been to hundreds of doctors offices and clinics that care enough and are COURTEOUS enough to install them. At the very least, it loudly proclaims "We really don't care if you struggle to enter our facility." Shame on Columbia Family Health. What they clearly see as a minor oversight is a HUGE deal to wheelchair bound human beings, but profits matter most, so what should we expect?

Worst place I’ve ever received care. You might as well google your symptoms and tell them what you want and manage yourself, because there is no follow up nor follow through with this provider. The first time I ever met my doc the first thing she did is talk about her bad google reviews (ironic it led to another one a year later after I decided to try giving the clinic a shot). I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and on my appointment 5 days ago she asked if we had ever met before. Misread lab reports caused them to prescribe me antibiotics I never needed (this was Dec 23). Luckily I never took them. Now (Feb 24- different issue) I’ve been on antibiotics for four days since I’ve had symptoms. Official lab results came through two days ago and no one followed up with me until I called them TWICE today since I wanted to know before the weekend. So I had symptoms with no official infection and no one cared to give me a call until I hounded them for the results? And no interest in asking me how I’m feeling now that I’ve been on antibiotics twice in one month and apparently didn’t need them the last four days, or what to do to deal with the symptoms I’ve had.Worth mentioning I’ve never had a problem with the front desk, the billing department, or NP Skyler Stone. He’s the only one that ever made me feel like I was actually being heard and understood. He was very thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and kind to me when I was feeling so anxious. And then my doc bad mouthed him at my last appointment. So unprofessional when he was the one who noticed that another employee here is the one who misread my labs/had me prescribed pills I’ve never needed in Dec 23 like I mentioned before. NP Stone stopped me taking the antibiotics I never needed after noticing the mix up when no one else did.Was going to wait to post a review, but too many unsat things have happened.TLDR: I thought it would be better to have care on hand vs not, so I’ve stuck with this provider for far too long. Wait was a couple weeks vs 6-8 months to see other primary care docs. Do your health and well-being a favor and go elsewhere up front. Wait for a good doc and don’t bother here. The whole point of a good Primary Care doc is at least decent continuity of care. You will be disappointed and likely worse off.

Unfortunately I will be changing pmt Primary Doctor because of her Medical Assistant. For some reason some think they have the right to act like we are an inconvenience to their day. You think your attitude and demeanor doesn’t come through in you condescending tone? Good luck

The wait time is incredibly lengthy. If your appointment is at 10, be prepared to wait an additional 30/35min before being brought back with the nurse and then an additional 15min for the doctor. Not sure if that's standard for all practitioners at this clinic, but it is for mine. Search for a new one? Perhaps!

Incompetence at its greatest!! Don’t go here if you want to be misinformed, mistreated or need actual help. Do some research and find something better, I promise you. Straight up garbage clinic!!

Numerous problems with the way visits are billed to my insurance. Most recently they contacted me to tell me I was due for a checkup so I scheduled one. My insurance pays for those at 100%, but surprise! I got a bill because they billed it as a medication review. Was told I would get a cal back from the provider, I called multiple times to ask about it and never got a call back. Instead I got an email from the bookkeeper Julee. Called to explain the situation her and she was very snotty, unsympathetic and downright rude. My daughter is going through the same thing. Ridiculous! Finding a new provider asap.

DO NOT GO HERE! They denied to refill a prescription I've had for years and when I called they said it was because I was overdue for my checkup. I scheduled what I thought was a routine physical (which my insurance would pay 100% for) then turned around and billed it as something else. They said I came in for a "follow-up" on my medication. That is not what the person at the front desk told me at all, so since I have a deductible plan I got charged over $200. The only thing I talked to the provider about regarding medication was whether I wanted to put it on auto refill. I tried disputing and was given a bunch of BS about how they billed it correctly because I was supposed to come in on Feb 22nd but their office was closed due to weather and rescheduled for a time in April. I don't know how that factors in at all! This isn't even the first time I've dealt with this kind of stuff with this office. Will be looking for a new office. Definitely will NOT go back.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Unprofessional staff (some not all). Unresponsive to concerns. They mis-diagnosed my husband, ordered extensive blood tests to try to figure out the reason for the bad blood work results, repeated the original test only to find out the lab had reported an erroneous result (how or why is a mystery) and the result was actually normal and of no concern. Yet they still sent all the of the other (now unnecessary) blood tests out to a reference lab for processing, resulting in us getting a rather large bill for the testing that never needed to be done in the first place. The practice didn't seem to care. We won't be going back here.

I am visiting from out of state and due to sudden insurance issues I needed an annual exam pronto! I deeply appreciate how Monica, who answered the phone, understood the urgency and was able to get me scheduled quickly. And from there every other person was equally top notch. Troy is efficient and funny. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and communicative. And Dana Davies is one of the kindest, and informative practitioners I have ever been seen by. This clinic demonstrates what health care should look like everywhere. Thank you all!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC. I can't be more clear on that. They will not ever make you a priority regardless of the issues you are having. They refuse to see WC and are always making excuses and can't even give a patient 10 minutes to get a vaccine that urgent care requires. They constantly have signs out front of their office saying accepting new patients but then you are never able to see your provider. The front desk staff is the most unfriendly unhelpful I have ever encountered, they are rude and impatient. You are better off not even having a Primary Care Physician. Not to mention they do NOT have your records correct and are always randomly changing who your PCP is to what fits the clinic needs. This is just the start of the issues we have be though. If I could give negative stars I would. Only reason I picked 1 star is so I could post this

I’ve been going to see Dr. Dhillon since I was 20 years old and I’m 38 now. Dr. Dhillon has always looked out for my health and improved well being. Also, I’ve always been impressed with her Medical Assistants and the front desk staff. They’re consistently helpful. I recommend Dr. Dhillon and the Columbia View team to everyone who reads this.

Reviews and opinions of doctors and clinics are ALWAYS subjective and are generally negative — irrespective of the actual truth (whatever that may be). That’s because people — more oftentimes than not, will only write a review if they feel slighted or have some sort of personal gripe with how they were (supposedly) treated. And I’m NO EXCEPTION to the rule. In fact, I am so highly suspicious of most practices that I essentially am scrutinizing every last detail, all the while, waiting for the ball to drop. At the same time, a large majority (of course, not all… but quite a lot) of patients who schedule appointments with clinicians these days are looking for “something” in particular; whether that be a prescription for a controlled substance, a diagnosis that matches the same one they had read about on Reddit earlier that morning, or to be treated as though they are superior to all of those who had come before them. Needless to say, if you fall into any of the aforementioned categories (which by the way, was most certainly not the most exhaustive list by any means) — THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Go to the ER or urgent care and try your luck there (cause you’re definitely going to need it). Now, I can only speak to my experiences over the course of the past 5 years, and to the two physicians who I have been treated by; primarily that of Dr. Jennifer Byrne. Also, I have had several dozens, if not hundreds, of interactions with the rest of staff, and never once have I felt as though I was treated poorly, disrespected or slighted in any way.As for Dr. Byrne, I have nothing but the utmost respect and gratitude for the treatment I have received from her over the years. I honestly could continue typing out this review until my fingers fell off and it still wouldn’t properly describe how amazing of a doctor she truly is.“Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap.”
