I brought in a 9 year old can of paint expecting to replace it with a fresh one, but Cameron told me it could still be used. He helped me with a new can, printed an updated label, and mixed it so it’s ready to use. Impressed with the quality of the paint, and delighted with the customer service!

I just wanted to say how much extremely impressed I was by the staff at this location from the moment I stepped in. I was greeted right away which never happens anywhere anymore, and when I showed them what I was looking for they immediately found me something equivalent due to not having it in stock. I believe it was Holden helping me and he also asked his two wonderful co workers if he was recommended the correct thing for what I needed. All 3 guys were nice, professional and helpful and made everything go quick and efficiently!

Quality of the paint is really bad . Four cod it didn't cover . Price for quality is very high Salesman made me believe they own brad is very good which is not true . Really I would call it garbage , I pay a lots of money For a paint and painter but I am not happy and I still see the old paint

Quinn provided exceptional customer service to me, helping me match the sheen and color on a repair job at my home. He was very pleasant, shared a bit of silliness, and hummed/sang a bit while working behind the scenes. It was clear he made every effort to make positivity happen! Thank you, I will return to this store!

If you need to have color matched to an existing sample, make sure you find out what their procedure is. Color matching can be very difficult. A weekend employee, Kevin, told me he could match a color sample with just a half gallon of paint left. But, he did not tell me that he could not give me the resulting color code. The assistant manager, Matt, was very uncooperative and did want to do any color matching without a full gallon of paint and would not take any responsibility after the first attempt. After reading other reviews about this employee, he ought to be fired.Also, you might not notice a color mismatch until you look at a large (2' by 2') sample next to the original in bright daylight. Half dollar size samples only allow their machines to make a first attempt at a color match.

I just met Quinn & Matt and they were so incredibly helpful. They had my gallon of paint ready in just a few minutes and even carried the few items I had out to my vehicle. They were personable, kind and knowledgeable and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I hardly ever write google reviews but this visit to the Tigard Sherwin Williams warranted one. Thank you fellas for a fantastic experience.

I decided that I wasn't going to leave a review about my experience with one of your associates at your location yesterday, because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt of maybe having an "off" day, but then I saw a couple of negative reviews about your employee Matt. He is the associate who "helped" me. I came in with a piece of sheet rock with paint that I needed to be matched. Before I could even finish my inquiry, I got a surly response saying that he couldn't do it and wasn't sure when he would be able to get it done and even went as far to rudely invite me to go to one of your competitors. The way I was spoken to as a customer by an employee says a lot about how your company values any customer and it’s asinine to even allow an employee to represent your business in such a manner. I will never shop with your company again and will encourage others to visit your competitors just as Matt suggested.If 0 stars were an option, that's what the Sherwin Williams in Tigard would get.

Really disappointed in my curbside pickup experience. I called and spoke with Matt, letting him know I was here and wanted curbside to pick up my online order. He let me know it might take a minute as they were busy. I waited another 15min and called back. He then asked me, why I couldn’t just come in and if I had COVID or something. I explained I had my 1yr old son in the car with me and did not want to bring him inside if not necessary. If curbside is too difficult for this location it should not be offered/advertised and customers should not be questioned as to why they won’t just come in or be treated rudely.
