Came here for an employment UA, and the older woman with glasses that sits on the left is Extremely rude. I have now been waiting over 40 min to get called back. I've been watching people get called back that came after me. I look over, and she smirks at me and raises her eye brow.

It is October 17 and this practice dropped our insurance on September 1st. We were not notified. This should be illegal. Do not go here. They deserve no stars. Hope this is not a trend w/in the Providence system but I'll bet it is. This must be exposed.

I’ve been actively going to Bridgeport Providence for about 3 years and have to say that I’ve never been happier with a provider. Dr. Nancy Chang is quick to respond, compassionate and so wonderful to work with. I really feel like my care is a partnership. The admin and nursing staff are also so helpful, friendly and quick to respond, as are all the people I’ve encountered in other departments I’ve visited. I highly recommend this medical clinic.

Tried to call in to set up a new patient appointment. Waited on the line for over 10 minutes with no answer. There wasn’t even an option to leave a voicemail, so you literally can’t get a hold of anybody. Guess I won’t be scheduling a visit here.

I have had great treatment here and can always reach a person on the phone for assistance. Drs and staff have treated me well. Would recommend this practice.

Occupational medicine I went in on the 6th. I have been trying to speak to my doctor EVERYDAY SINCE. There is zero sense of urgency from anyone you speak to in this building. I’ve called put on hold and then hung up on. When I finally got to speak to someone I was told “ maybe I should listen to all the options before I get upset”. I explained I have and repeated the option back word for word…. Was told the dr is to busy to speak or answer questions. That they will put a note in… I’ve also done this twice now with the NOTES and still nothing. Today is the 12th and still nothing from my doctor. I got advise from the front desk lady with the raspy voice her advice was to work till I’m in so much pain that i can’t anymore, then go to a different dr. Absolutely unprofessional. Your a front dest receptionist not advice nurse. Stick to setting schedules and answering phones. Please.If you go here do so as last resort.

I called over a dozen times within a week span, trying to become a new patient. Their phone system was broken or no one was working it cause I waited on each call over 30 minutes to finally hang up because no one picked up. I selected a couple different departments and even called their head Providence office to talk to people and no one could help me. They claimed that their new patient department was completely separate and they had no way of getting me connected to that department or getting my information to them to have them call me back. I'm not even a patient yet and this has caused me more stress than any medical office ever. No thank you. Definitely do not want to be a patient now.

Told me because I haven’t been a patient for 3 yrs it would be 3 to 6 months for a appointment for a referral to a eye clinic as I need a eye exam.what kind of place is this.
