Started receiving completely unsolicited emails from Kyle Whittaker. Spamming insurance agent is not someone with whom you want a business relationship.

We really appreciate the ability to reach someone for help when we need it. The office personnel have always been courteous and kind but also competent! That's why we don't shop around for "cheaper" alternatives.

Carla and the team at Paul Choruby Allstate Insurance have been great and easy to deal with. Every time I have a question or need there is an almost immediate response. This is what is most needed from an insurance office for families. I recommend you give them a try.

Price is competitive, but the do not go out of their way to review policies to try to save you money. We have had to initiate every conversation regarding policy updates and their incentive programs that we see on TV. Also disappointing that we carry insurance for years only to at some point be told they no longer offer that policy.

HORRIBLE! My experience has been a nightmare! Kyle called me and emailed me nearly every single day harassing me about life insurance. I would assume they get some kind of commission from selling life insurance but it was to the point that I seriously contemplated changing my number and discontinuing my email address. When I only had auto and I would call for any reason they would constantly try to sell me renters insurance after kindly saying NO more than a dozen times! I do not like pushy people. NO means NO! I felt just overall so harassed!!! I asked them to quote me for a potential move to WA and the rate would have doubled!! I found the best rate with no harassment at State Farm and switched immediately! I would never recommend this AllState branch to anyone!

So, Unbelievably I am still going through this nightmare. Since the beginning this whole thing has been handled badly. Allstate has now put the original adjuster back on the case....Charles Gibbs. After the complete debacle with Alden Motebed, they put Charles back in as the adjuster. All this after my 80 year old mother tripped, and fell down from demo work, leaving half torn apart floors. At that time Alden refused a room for her to stay in, because he said she didn't have enough insurance. Later we found out from the independent adjuster that she WAS covered.....eventually they coughed up a room. Apparently they didn't like that what I had posted, and so they had him come back out ( with his female boss to babysit) and gave us a check for $8,71362 dollars. I had four contractors refuse the job because the insurance company didn't provide enough money. Three separate contractors said it would take about $20,000.00 to fix everything. Finally we were referred to Puget Sound Restoration. They gave a bid well under the other three......$17,029.70. Of Course Charles and his knowledgeable boss refused to pay. They agreed to $12,000.00. So, PSR told me they could the work for that amount. I was relieved to see the light at the end of the tunnel.NOPE!!!...... Mind you my 80 year old mother has been staying at a hotel this entire time. She does not drive so she has to pay for a shuttle, or I have to drive her around to get her laundry done. She cannot handle big bundles of laundry on her own. We have an extra room at the hotel for a family member to stay with her, from time to time, to make sure she is okay. Huge problem since this hotel is 20 min away. So, PSR come back to tell me that Allstate has shorted us 100 sq ft on the measurements, and that the painting budget may not be able to cover painting labor. Also, now I am told the framing needs to be repaired because it is not structurally sound. Well, of course Allstate won't cover this. It's not heir fault that this was leaking before the pipe burst and caused damage. The Independent Adjuster said I need to contact The Washington State Insurance adjuster. So here we are almost two months later, and this house looks the same. I do not now how any of these Allstate employees can get up and look at themselves in the mirror every day!!!! My mother and father bought this house 32 years ago, and since my father has passed away. They have paid on time for 32 years. Look at the "Good Hands" that my mother has been in with Allstate. This house is not structurally sound, it is torn apart, unsafe and Allstate says not my problem. Is $17,000.00 really such a huge amount after 32 years? FOR SHAME ALLSTATE!!!
