Our move was completed yesterday. The transition from would have been very successful except for the one item we had requested special attention: our daughter’s precious baby grand piano which we have owned for the past 10 years and which was in pristine, like-new condition. Charles the driver dropped the piano in our living room, cracked the bottom of the piano, damaged the legs, and damaged the new wood floor in our house. My wife and daughter were in shock. The hired workers said they wanted to help but Charles told them he didn’t need help and sent them to the truck. We will never understand why he thought he could install the piano by himself. We will claim the damage, but we already know it will not be impossible to repair the damage to the piano. We are so disappointed and will never recommend Lile to anyone.

I used Lile for a move in July 2019 from OR to TX. Today (3/20/20) I received a notice from a debt collection agency for ~$288. In July 2019 I reached out to Lile and requested a final invoice for the move so I could give it to my employer who was reimbursing me for part of my moving expenses. At that time I was told they could not provide me with an invoice because it was still in the audit process with SIRVA. I never received a final invoice and I have received no correspondence via mail, email or phone advising me that I had an outstanding balance. So, the first notification I received was from a debt collection service today?! They had my email address, phone number and current mailing address, so why haven't I heard from them in the last 8 months telling me I owed them money? Poor customer service.
