2024: Returning this time, I encountered a charming venue that seemed unfamiliar. The lobby had undergone a beautiful renovation, and the room was tastefully refurbished. While I appreciated the updated furnishings, I was disappointed that complimentary water was still not provided. Take a look at the old photos I snapped five years ago for comparison.2018: As an elite platinum member, there’s no bottle water provided in the room. The shower gel is not provided too! The room is clean with small balcony. The location is convenient and friendly reception. The bath room is clean but some how no luggage rack for you to put your luggage. The Marriott standard seems to drop lately!

Great hotel overall! Close to the highway, restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Jordan (the manager) did inform us they were remodeling so he gave us information on what floors were renovated. Also, you can’t miss the giant Sasquatch in the lobby with a construction hat! The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars overall was the construction crew was working on the fire door and we thought they were done with the 4th floor. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you Jordan and team for everything! :)Food & drinks: Starbucks and breakfast available in the mornings at the lobby. They have a little mini mart area too.

Overall, the hotel was great. Newly renovated. Friendly staff. BUT a train goes through EVERY NIGHT from 4am-6am. You will be woken up randomly throughout that time. Also, if you have a conjoining room, the door is not thick and you can hear every word from the other room. I would not stay here again.

Great location and all the services we need. Wonderful job keeping us aware of construction and making it as unimposing as possible. Have stayed here several times and look forward to more!

If you get a renovated room, it’ll be nice. But it’s so close to the train that blares its horn at all hours of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, look elsewhere. Last night train blared its horn at 11 PM and 4:36 AM. Unless you’re looking for a free, Lovely wake up call, look elsewhere.

What you can expect from a hotel in an office park. They put us in a renovated room, which they have redone nicely. But we realized that the door wasn’t locking from the inside or the outside about 2 hours in. Luckily they moved us to a new room quickly, which I was pleased about.I was originally not going to write anything but a 5 star review, since they acted quickly to fix the room issue. However, I was then charged for 3 bottles of water ($18) out of no where and had to call to get them to fix that for me.Overall, fine accommodations, good service, but definitely have some quirks to work out if they are looking to improve the overall experience alongside the renovation.

Construction underway at this hotel. When they say construction, it could mean literally a jackhammer sound for HOURS right above your room. If you have any intention of being in your room during daytime hours (before 6pm), my advice would be to look elsewhere. The front staff was wonderful. The hotel manager is unresponsive. The construction was loud and a huge inconvenience! Avoid this hotel until their project is completed.

I had a great experience here! The staff is top notch! You can tell management has done a great job selecting top tier talent and has invested in a world class customer experience! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful! The hotel is under renovations but the work is only between 8 am - 6 pm so it did not bother me. The gym, back patio, and activities room were my favorite spot of the hotel! Excited to see this place fully renovated!

We came here for a short weekend away from Tacoma, WA. They are currently under construction. We stayed on the 4th floor on a new room. Oh and definitely check out the GAME ROOM! Ooohh! So nice! We originally were in an old room but management had us change to offer some hiccups we had: bathroom door unable to be unlocked, ran out of shampoo, and some dirty clothes that were found in a dresser drawer.

Hotel is quiet and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to I-5, and only a few miles from the I-205 split. It's quite convenient to get to anywhere in the south Portland area.Rooms: Rooms are currently being remodeled (early 2024)Safety: Hotel is in a quiet business park. The surrounding area is safe and walkable.Walkability: There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Sidewalks line the roads around the hotel, so it's quite safe to walk.

They charge parking while having 0 security or cameras on property, So if anything happens it’s completely on you. The hotel doesn’t do anything for its guest (coffee, parking, etc) beyond the room, everything and I mean everything is going to be an extra charge to further squeeze the guest. If you need to speak with management ask for Devin because Jordan is the most incompetent hotel manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting.

Garbage hotel is under renovation and never said anything at booking. If like jackhammers over your bed at 8am it's perfect.
