Multiple times i have sent in requests and called to this business about getting a storage unit. NEVER received a call or email back. Left Sarah 2 VMs about my interest, didn’t hear back. I went in and she made me walk around by myself to check out a unit. Never heard back …. Thanks for the great service

We are a small local business owner in Tigard and we’re contracted to perform some work recently at the Burnham business and storage center. I just wanted to express our gratitude to the on site property manager Sarah. Her communication and correspondence throughout the process was top-notch and allowed us to perform our work successfully and safely. We also had to block a few tenants from accessing their space properly and they were friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend this facility!

I have a unit here and it's very convenient when I do resell and I can go through my storage stuff my sales stuff items and get it organized and taken care of and I consult stuff out of there. There are multiple businesses on site just people trying to make money it's pretty cool

I never knew this place was full of small businesses it's awesome I especially love dealing with era paints they're the ultimate go-to company for touch up paint for your automobile color matching is on real they do an awesome job great staff make sure you go there

I definitely will give this place a 5 star ,Matt helped me out when I lost the room I was renting from a bad landlord matt worked with me unlike a few other places I was reserved at my I'd was stolen and was able to make it work with my other one until my actual one got there the next morning and on the price to show they actually care about there customer so I didn't have to carry everything I owned around with me amazing price and location is safe will recommend to anyone great hours so I can come and go when I need 7 days a week to get what I need out or put something up so it's saf&e very clean Definitely 5 Star

It’s a convenient location on a quieter street, so it’s not a pain in the a$$ to pull in or out with a large truck or trailer. It’s open till 9pm seven days a week. Matt at the physical office is so friendly and helpful, I think I’d rent here even if it weren’t close to me! What’s not to like?

My reason for a 5 Star rating is based on the options available for my storage needs like outside access for a smaller unit. The pricing is reasonable in comparison to other storage companies. Easy access to the unit is great for me. I also like to be able to speak to the helpful manager if I need to.
