The gentleman that pick up my car was amazing he went above and beyond. He actually came and got my key so I didn’t have to meet him at my car. He was so thoughtful, let me know when he loaded it and dropped it off. I really appreciates his kindness! I recommend them always. We need to be patient because they are always helping someone but they go the extra mile!!!

James did my tow, and went beyond. He's good people, and that's rarer of late. He dropped me at home, even though he didn't have to. This is an amazing company.

I had a blowout in Portland Oregon. All star towing really saved my bacon. I would have missed my only niece's graduation. Huge thank you to James. He was so helpful and friendly. The whole experience helped restore my faith in humanity.

Fraudulent business.After having our car broken into, busted up, and our belongings stolen, they told us the tow would cost $350. Then they charged us $650.Responding to owner's comment below -- the tow was under my girlfriend's name. We were told it would be $350 by both the driver and employee on the phone.

Quinn is a life saver and so professional. So courteous and clear about the towing process. He is a delightful human being and I am so glad he helped me on this difficult day. 100% would recommend. Quinn let me know what needed to happen every step of the towing process and was so helpful in getting my car where it needed to go. He turned my day around. I requested for a quote for towing my car and when they arrived the employee said I needed to pay an extra $50 since they need to put a dolly in the back of my car since it’s an all wheel drive. I was frustrated but ended up paying for it up front. Then he lifted my car without the dolly and drove away. I called the company if charge extra for AWD car. He said they charge $30 for a dolly. WOW! I told him his dude was charging $50 and didn’t even put a dolly in my car. He called the driver and said he’s going to refund the money for it and didn’t know why he did this BS. This is another reason why I hate tow companies cause they always try to scam people money. Make sure to question and confirm all amounts if you go with this company. I didn’t give 1 star since I got my money back for the dolly which shouldn’t have happened!
