The unisex bathrooms are gross. It's bad enough that not one, not two, but three manly gents pushed this senior lady aside to get to the facilities quick. Once I finally managed to access the "ladies," I was faced with having to bring in a bottle of sanitizer to clean up the manly mess before I could even consider seating myself. The toilet and the floor around the toilet, as well as the walls surrounding the toilet, were dripping with poorly aimed urine. I sopped up most of the liquids, but could do nothing about the smell. Pure dog run pee. Guys will be guys. That's why they get their own bathrooms.

I made a mistake getting gas here. Won't do that again. $0.80 more expensive than one exit away on Memorial Day Weekend.

I was on a road trip, and it was an extremely windy day. It was so windy that it tore a piece of trim off my car, and it was flapping in the wind. I drove for quite a while without being able to stop hoping that piece would not fly off my car. Luckily, I spotted the gas station and pulled over hoping to buy some sort of duct tape to repair the damage. There were two attendants there that saw I was buying duct tape, and I relayed my story.The younger gentleman didn't even hesitate and took his roll of tape behind the counter and came outside and taped up the damage to be repaired when I got home.Just want to say thank you to both of them. You didn't have to help me but you did. Thank you.

Shandel was such an amazing person! I felt so normal and not Hassled by not wearing a mask. I can’t tell you how much this means to me and my family visiting from Cali!! I love her! There’s also an Indian guy I can’t remember his name but he was great

We just stopped to fill up with gas and the pumps card reader wasn't working. We filled up and had a large truck and trailer behind us, they asked us to move and we gladly did. I went in to pay and the cashier Mike said he wouldn't let us pay until we moved our car back to that pump. I explained to him that the trailer behind us asked if we could move so they could pull out. He was so extremely rude and said if we didn't want to deal with him to not come back. Hey Mike, a little customer service and kindness goes a long ways. We will never stop at Jack's mini mart in the Dallas ever again!!! We will also tell our family and friends to do the same!! I think the Managment at Jack's Mini mart may want to teach their employees about customer service. With all that's going on in the wold a little kindness goes a long ways!!! Mike, if you don't like to work with the public maybe find another path to take. You just lost a lot of business for your behavior!!!!!

Very rude and threatening. We stopped for gas and a bathroom break, when my wife walked through the door with 4 small children the man behind the counter yelled at her and threatened to call the police if she did not put our family in masks. He did not ask. She got the masks, then the man said she could not enter the bathroom because there were too many children. Never coming back!
